      On September 23, 2024, I was charged for a pair of tan ballet flats, size 11, which I had ordered from Casual Comfort Sandals. I received an email saying that the shoes had been shipped but the package never arrived. I want to find out whether the shoes were really shipped, or whether the package was lost in the mail. Can you find out what happened? Thank you

      Date 6/4/2024 paid $ ***** for pair of shoes. The shoes didn't get here in time for me to wear them for the occasion I had planned to wear them. I returned them in the original package at the post office. The post office told me to put "refused" on package and that would be enough. Well, the Casual Comfort company didn't give me any money. Now they keep telling me I should have a tracking notice. I took a picture of the package and gave them the tracking number from the original package (unopened). Other than that I have no tracking notice because I was told at the post office that it was sufficient to just put "refused" on the package. On there package it is dated 06/08/24 ***** ******** Commercial ** ** **** * return address - ***************************************************************************************

      I ordered a pair of shoes specifically because it matched the color I was looking for. I was shipped the shoe in a totally different color. I immediately started return processing. Their policy states they will provide a shipping label If the return is accepted . They are refusing to provide a label because they sent the shoe Regardless of the fact that IT IS THE WRONG COLOR!!!!On top of all the above NO WHERE ON THEIR WEBSITE does it say this is a a company in *****. Now they expect me to pay double the cost of the shoe to return to ***** DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY unless youre good with everything being a final sale. THIS FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!! THEY DO NOT HAVE A RETURN POLICY!!!WATCH OUT, THEY SEND YOU THE WRONG MDSE AND EXPECT YOU TO PAY FOR IT PS. I sent them pictures of what I ordered and what was received which clearly show I did not receive the color ordered. If they did not have the shoe in the ordered color, why didnt they just cancel the order. This is ridiculous!!!!!

      [On Aug ******* they sent an email apologizing for sending the wrong item.  They said their shipping **** had been contacted to ship the correct item.   On Sept 10th, I sent an email asking for a status.  They said they didnt know what I was talking about (even though I included the email that said they were shipping the correct item).   They seem to be playing the long game in hopes I give up on persuading the issue.    I want the product or my money back!!!!]

      I purchased a pair of shoes from casual comfort shoes on May 22, 2024. They represent themselves as a US company, but they are nothing g more than a ******************* I IMMEDIATELY realized that my mode of payment address was incorrect because we had recently moved. So I changed the address and contacted the company within seconds to please change the shipping address on my order. NO ANSWER!!! For the next several days I begged them to correct my shipping address. 5 days passed and they finally responded that the package had already been shipped and could not change the address. I told them that it would be their fault that the package never would reach me because packages were not being forwarded to me. As a result, that is what happened. Please review the tracking number where it says it was delivered with insufficient address. I still have not gotten my package. I want them to reimburse my $20.94 and then possibly stop doing business in the ***. They are taking a lot of peoples hard earned money and giving nothing in return. It is a scam inside and out. You can read all of the reviews on any platform and see that this is happening.

      I never got a confirmation of my order .. no letter or confirmation number. I now see that other customers found this company to be a scam. . They have charged my card ( $27.72) but still not confirmed my order.They will not call you as they have no phone number listed to call. . They need to be shut down! Thieves that continue and continue and continue.

Immediately sent return request email to email address on website ********************** after opening box to find not boots I ordered. Called contact number on website *************) : number not in service. Went to PayPal and found email and contact number for Casual comfort sandals. Sent more emails of shoes received vs shoes ordered. request return label and refund.

      I have called this business 20 times plus and left messages. I was able to reach a person about 3 times, but they said they couldn't find my order. I called back another time, in between leaving messages, and reached someone named ***. She finally sent me an email on how to start a return. I did as requested and was supposed to find instructions on how and where to do a refund. I never recieved this email, which I was supposed to get in ***** hours. Of course, that didn't happen. I have now been forced into a corner. They ran out the time in wbuch to get a refund. Very tricky. It has been the worst return experience in my life.

      This is a scam company. Still havent received my order. Asked where my order was or for an order cancellation by email, but no reply. None of their phone numbers work

      Date of transaction: 12/13/2023 I mistakenly ordered twice. I emailed ******************************** and called the customer service phone # probably 10 times. No one called me back. I did get a response to one or two of my emails but they asked questions about my problem. I answered and returned the email and never heard from anyone. After that I realized that this was a questionable company and so I started to email and call to cancel both orders. Received no return call or email. Order arrived sometime in Feb after their website indicated that I would receive the order by 12/27/2023. I had no need for these boots and so I sent an email letting them know that I would be returning the boots to the same address in ********** that was on the plastic bag that I received. Did not receive a response. On 3/8/24 I used same form of mailing that I received boots in which was regular postal mail to return boots. I have not heard back. My bank took charges off my account in December after I reported but put back on after I received the boots. I will call them to see if they can help also since this company completely disregarded my attempts to cancel the orders all with an hour - next 3-4 days. I am angry because my diligent efforts to cancel the orders within minutes of when it was placed and then for weeks were ignored and not responded to. The boots that I finally received were also different than pictures on their website.
