I purchased Silk milk - their newer product.It became lumpy at the bottom of container.I was promised a refund on 11/16/23.I have contacted the business several times - no refund to date.I will never purchase anything from Silk again From now on Regular Milk.Business response

We were contacted by ************** on November 9, 2023. We sent ************** replacement coupons; however, we didn't realize there were issues with our fulfillment system. Coupons were delayed. Our system is back up and running and ************** likely received those coupons now. However, my team is reaching out to ************** and offering him a reimbursement check for $5.00.Customer response

An hour ago I purchased Dannon whole milk yogurt from **************************. I am 100% sure this is NOT whole milk yogurt. It tastes like it is probably skim.This is a fraudulent product. In my experience, companies ALWAYS KNOW exactly what went out the door, if not doing this intentionally.Business response

I bought the DanActive probiotic dailies on 8/22/22 from Giant super store. This packet is set to expire on 8/29/22. When I opened one of the probiotic bottles and had it, it tasted like it was excessively fermented. The other bottles also seemed slightly puffed and the drink smelled weird. I worry about a health issue because my stomach does not feel good after having the drinkBusiness response

I purchased Dannon nonfat plain yogurt 32oz on 4/20/22. When I opened it two days later, the contents was completely liquid. It did not contain anything resembling yogurt. I have been buying this product for decades, and I have never seen it look like this.I called the number listed on the package to make a complaint and request a refund. I was first sent to someone who did not take my complaint but offered me a $100 ******* gift card. I provided my address and phone number, and then was told that I would need to provide my credit card number for a processing fee. I felt like this was a scam and declined and requested that they delete the information I had just given them. I was told it could not be deleted. I called again hoping for a better result. This time I chose the option to not receive a gift card. Twice I was hung up on as soon as I said I wanted to make a complaint. The third time I was told I had the wrong number.Im upset about the product but far more concerned about what happened when I called the customer service number. Im concerned that I have been a target of a scam by employees or contractors of the company.Business response

At the direction of **************************** Mgr. of Consumer Connections for Danone NA, we contacted the consumer and we were glad that we were able to speak with them. The consumer had dialed ************** instead of **************. We were able to assist them with their concern. This complaint has been handled successfully.
