      40 dollars for an item that never arrived, I have written them many times and they dont answer, item was purchased on Sept 13 and supposed to arrive no later than the 23, today is the 27. No package, no answer, they dont return money. They do nothing

      On Thursday August 4th , I made an online purchase from a company called ************ for skin care products totaling $ ******. I received an email on Saturday August 6th confirming my order had been received and an email would be sent to me when the products were shipped. The initial email also stated that if I wanted to cancel my order, I could do so by emailing the company in writing. No phone number is provided. My credit card was charged that amount on the same day. I used PayPal as a vehicle to disperse the payment. Since then I have emailed this company five times to request cancellation of my order and to have my money refunded to me. As of this filing, I have yet to hear back. My last email I even begged them to please give me an update to my order. Again. No response. What is frustrating is I do not have a phone number to call. I sense a fraudulent company. The order number is **********. Please let me know what recourse I have as a consumer. My financial company the I used for payment will not accept a dispute on the charge until 15 days have passed. PayPal representatives were not willing to assist in my concerns at all. They said I need to contact the merchant. Well. I have. Every day. But no response. Its is very frustrating. I have never experienced this in other online transactions. Please help if you can. Thank you. Kind regards. ***************************** ************. ***********************
