      I purchase a car from Dream Car Gallery, and because I financed part of it with Teacher's ******************** they made me pay $3700 for a warranty/coverage that they told me I could cancel at any time. The warranty for purchase on October 4th, 2021. And the contract number is **********. After a couple months I purchased the car, I went to Dream Car Gallery to cancel the warranty but for my surprised they were gone from the location, so I asked of the agents that sold me the car and she told me that they run out of business and there was no way to communicate with them. They disappeared! Then I contacted the warranty company to cancel the insurance and they gave my a contact of a person who process that for me. I contacted *** Lenmore, and he sent me a form to fill out so we could cancel the warranty. I did fill it out and sent it ***. He sent the cancellation form and when I called *** back to see what was the answer he told me that Dream Car Gallery never paid the $3700 to the warranty company so that the warranty was never activated. So not only they stole the money but my car is not covered by the warranty. The warranty company name is *************************.

      I traded in a 2008 *** 650i ( I still owed money on it ) I was told they will pay the balance off but unfortunately it was never paid its now 10 months later, Im making payments still, I asked for the car back no one knows where the car is and now the dealership is closed down

      Purchased a car from this dealership on 09-18-21. car is having electrical problems where the all the sounds on the inside of the car from the seatbelt alert , to door aejar sounds to the radio completely mute vehicle one day to the next. Car is complete mute on all system levels. I take the car immediately the next day to the dealership where the tell me rest assured they will find out what the problem is and fix it no problem. Later that same evening I requested a loaner car while they fix the issue. I was told by **** the finance manager that he spoke to **** the owner and that **** said if he knew with more time one would be provided without issue. So I request for next they arrangements for loaner. **** ******** arrive 10am when they open to a completely deserted lot.. an hour later staff arrives to tell me no loaner will be provided , told by Gisellethe store manager that no loaner will be provided and doesnt know why I was told that. This is contradicting what I was promised the day prior. Tells me part has been ordered and will be installed on this upcoming Monday the 8th of Nov courtesy of the dealership at no charge to me given that the car was just purchased. The 8th arrives no part ordered. Revive call from ***** service manager. Says they ordered the part on the 8th not the 6th but its coming overseas. **** days. 10 business days later Im Avoided all questions regarding my arranged service. I contact multiple departments. All avoid giving me a solid answer to the part promised and service promised on new car sold to me with damaged part. No updates complete avoided. I finally am told simply owner is calling you Calls and curses me out saying its not his fault and hes giving me a freebie and will install it when its there . its been 2 months , zero part or job competed. Zero follow up on any level. Sold a car with damaged parts. No service fulfilled . Car is still damaged. All services promised never fulfilled.

      I bought a car from Dream Car Gallery on October 9th, ***************************************************** plates. Since I purchased the car, two of the employees I was dealing with quit. It takes days to get anyone on the phone to help resolve this issue. I spoke to *********** Auto, my lien holder, and they said Dream Car Gallery has not created a title for the car. I last spoke to Dream Car a week ago and they said they need me to overnight them the title to my trade-in vehicle. I spent $40 overnighted them this document and ***** tried for a week to deliver it. No one was at the dealership to receive the envelope. Now this title is sitting in a ***** office in Long Island. This is the worst most unprofessional business I have ever worked with.

      I paid upfront and in full for a 2016 Range Rover in October 2021. The total car cost plus dealer fees was $54,500. I picked up the car a week later and informed them the Title was urgently required because the car was going to be exported outside the **. Cars cannot be shipped without a valid Title. Anyway, drove the car home and i was told the title would arrive shortly. After many calls, visits and follow *** over a 6 week period - there was still no Title. They came up with excuses like the Title got lost in transit via ****** Auction house delays etc. When it became clear they were lying, i returned the car on 12/01 and requested an immediate refund. I was told to return in 2 days to pick the cheque for a full refund. Two days later, no cheque! I was told to wait another 2 -5 days with a promise that i would get it, i waited 5 days - still no cheque. I planned on visiting their dealership but the salesgirl said the dealership is closed till further notice and that i should drop a message on the answering machine since it goes directly to the phone of the owner. So at present, no car/Title, no cheque and no dealership to visit. It's has been a horrible experience thus far.
