Went to see a 7PM showing of the black panther. I was pulled out of the ********** my child was 1. Its now a 9-Midnight show, or any child rating exemptions. The policy said children **** must me accompanied by a guardian. My 1 year old child and another minority family same night was targeted about policy that due now speak to or children. After a huge fuss we took our refunds to leave as requested by ******************* The theater then felt that they would give the refund, but not give us back the fees included. I was beyond ****** at this time. If I didnt pay attention. Adding insult to injury would have robbed me and the others blind as well. Poor customers service after reopening, especially when them themselves couldnt support theirs discrimination.

On the 13th of this month I was denied seating to the movie which ticket was paid for way in advance through ********. The movie had just started and since I have had to see the movie at another date I would have to say that it wasn't even five minutes into the movie when we had arrived. The worker who denied me and my friend seating claimed that because the movie had started already by us going to our seats that would have been a distraction to all the others that were already seated. Our seats where in the beginning of our row and we were not going to interfere with anyone in our row, therefore we would have not been a distraction to anyone. Meanwhile while being outside in the lobby to see what was going to been down with getting a refund, I had witnessed over 10 plus people walk in and out of the theater with trays of food/beverages, and popcorn. Now to me and me just been out in the lobby seeing all that taking place was very much a distraction. The person who dealt with us claimed that is how that theater works which I think is totally ridiculous especially since the movie had just started. After waiting a whole ***** minutes to see what was going to be done about refunding our tickets we were told that since we had purchased our tickets through ******** they could only offer us a raincheck which would be good till July. I am not sure if me myself would be joining my friend to honor after the experience that I had which was my birthday and my night was totally ruined but hopefully if I do attend this establishment I will have a better experience that what I had encountered.
