      Payed 250 bucks, plus service call and never fixed the problem with our furnace. Kept telling us they would come out in 2 days and never showed up for 2 weeks. I would never recommended this company!

      I am always happy with their work! **** always lets you know the cost up front. Bought a new AC from them. Very reasonable in price!! Highly recommend!!

      I have used Summit heating before for some minor repairs and they were great. So when it came time to replace my furnace and A/C unit I went with them again. The owner **** is great and laid it my options and was very responsive with call backs. The guys he sent were right on time, which never happens. They were professional and cleaned up all the trash and took all the old stuff with them. The units look great and work great. They also have great warranties with the work and the units. I wouldn't go to anyone else and I wouldn't tell anyone else to go anywhere else. Great pricing and great work.

      Summit Heating & Cooling installed by furnace and air conditioner unit. They wired the units incorrectly. The heating and cooling worked correctly but the humidifier did not work. When they came out to fix the problem, they made it worse. My heating actually stopped working. They came out again, fixed the heating problem, and then my air conditioner would not work. I made several calls to **** to get them to come back out to fix the problem. He kept saying that they would come out, but they never showed up. Now he would not answer my calls. The only way to contact him was through a friend or a call from different phone number. I finally had to give up and contact another company to come out and fix my furnace/air conditioner.The other company had the problem fixed in less than half hour.

      You are correct, the initial installation was done in 2019. This all happened in 2021. I tried calling or texting you on:2/10/21 - Original call for the problem. You stated you would come by the following week to fix it.2/16/21 - Asked if you were coming out today. You responded yes, and a technician showed up.2/18/21 - Called and told you that the thermostat and furnace were dead. You sent the same technician out and he got the heat working temporarily.3/1/21 - Called you and a woman answered. I told her about my situation. She told me you would call back. You never did.3/3/21 - Texted you to see if you would be coming out. You never contacted me back.3/5/21 - I was with our mutual friend ************, who recommended you. He called you and you answered. You told him that you would be out next week to fix the problem. You never showed up.3/15/21 - Called you and no answer. Voicemail was full, could not leave a message.3/16/21 - Texted you, no response. Called you later from a different phone number and you answered. You told me to send you a text to remind you to reinstall my original thermostat and wire the humidifier. You never showed up.4/9/21 - Weather started to get warm and I tried to use the A/C. Did not work. I called you and a woman answered. Told her the problem. She stated you would call me back. You never called.4/12/21 - Called you and left a message. You never responded.4/13/21 - Sent you a lengthy text detailing what had transpired over the last several weeks. I explained that if I did not hear back from you, I would assume that you were never coming back to fix my problem. You never responded.As you can see, I tried contacting you through various methods over a lengthy amount of time. At first you responded to my calls and texts. After that, you would not respond at all. Why would I think you would respond back to me now? And what good would it do? I had to hire and pay another company to come in and fix what your company messed up when installing my system.
