From at least 2-14-22 to 2-21-22 I have received 4 to 5 calls a day everyday from this telemarketing company. I've tried asking nicely to be removed from the call list as we are on the federal do not call list. I just get hung up on and called back. I called the Infocision company and was put to compliant department only to get an answering machine. I left a detailed message requesting to be removed. I also reported them and the numbers to the **** I am tired of not being heard. I would like to call the employees and C E O at their homes all day long especially while they are dealing with severe health issues as I am.Business response

Good Afternoon,
Thank you for bring this concern to our attention. Please be assured that InfoCision Management Corporation has very specific policies and protocols in place to manage all consumer "do not call" requests. Unfortunately there are a vast number of telemarketing organizations that utilize local carriers, therefore the appearance of phone calls may be similar to the consumer. This often leads to the assumption that all calls are coming from the same organization.
Upon receiving his complaint, we immediately investigated. In reviewing our systems, we found two (2) telephone calls with the phone number he presented to us. These two calls were inbound phone calls placed to InfoCision from the consumer, on behalf of two separate clients. Specifically, from January 1, 2021 through February 18, 2021 it shows InfoCision received these inbound phone call on January 14, 2022 at 3:06pm and October 7, 2020 at 12:57pm. These were from phone # ************.
In response to ******************** request, we immediately placed his phone number on our Do Not Call list. It may take however, up to thirty (30) days for this list to update and remove that number. A member of our Legal and Compliance team has attempted to contact and update **************** on our response to his concern, specifically calling him on February 21, 2022 and again February 22, 2022. On both dates it was necessary to leave detailed voicemails. The voice message left for him on February 21, 2022 not only identified who was contacting him but also updated him on the fact that we have added him to our "Do Not Call" list. On February 22, ************************************************************************************** on a different phone number then previously, and inquired if he would like to have that number added to the "Do Not Call" list as well.
If this is the case, please let us know and we will update immediately.
