  Before we paid to end the contract early, we had paid for two doors that were to be installed. **** acknowledged these doors had been paid for and stated they would still be installed. Our last communication was in December when we provided the check to end the contract ahead of completion. We were told these doors would still be installed because they were paid for. Our calls and text messages have been ignored since December and we still do not have the doors we paid for. We also requested receipts at the end of service, and these have still not been provided. We no longer wish to have the doors installed by this company. However, we wish to have the doors dropped off as they have been paid for as confirmed by ****. As a sidenote, they do not stand behind their work as structures we paid for our showing visible damage, and have not even been constructed for a full year. How can we report issues with structures that are supposed to be covered for an amount of time if they do not reply to calls or texts?? at this point we do not wish them to service our house further or the schotty craftsmanship. We want our doors that we paid for or we want the money for the doors and we want all of our receipts.

  We have received no contact from the business since their reply to this complaint. We have called and left a message with no reply at the business as well to discuss timelines

  regarding the condition of the work done, not even a year later-
  
  We have cracks in our walls on the sunroom. Cracks where the windows connect to the wall. Our gutters we were told were fine have now started resulting in leaks running down the side of our house.
  The HVAC work that was done was looked at by someone we hired who took down in detail the work to that system that was not done up to code.
