Overheating of my 2014 jeep which now has blown head gasket which was caused by a bad water pump. The first overheating started within 4 days after purchase of the jeep. The Dealership was supposed to have fix the overheating issue. The dealership sold a warranty on the jeep. But since the water pump wasn't fixed the first time the warranty will not pay for it. The mechanic told the dealership about the problem, and they were too do nothing with it put a band aid on it. So now I'M stuck with $2386.00 repair. If this is the way the dealership operates then I wouldn't give them time of day. The overheating issue started with

On 10/21/23 ***************** purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot and also purchased a service contract through ******. About a week after purchasing his Jeep we were told of a concern of a coolant leak. We referred ***************** to ***************************** who replaced a radiator hose and a thermostat. We believe ********* Auto correctly diagonosed the issue. We wern't aware of any continuing coolant leak, if there was and it needed a water pump, the ****** service contract would have covered the repair. It appears they have denied the claim because the head gasket issue was preventable. Unfortunatally we will not be able to assist with this issue.

On March 23, 2023 I went into Buckeye Auto Network to finance a vehicle. I expressed to **** (a long time employee) that I only had $3500 to my name. He took that as I wanted to put a down payment of $3500 down on a vehicle (not my intentions). I get there and am told Im approved for every car on the lot. So me and my family looked around and found a 2009 ******* Santa Fe. The car had a few mechanical issues that we addressed 1st day but they came with a couple of different warranties so they would be getting fixed. Within the first 2 days check engine light came on brakes were basically completely bad and my tire kept pulling the car to the right due to a control arm issue. We brought the car back and forth from this dealership and his suggested mechanics for over a month and still ended up finding out from their mechanic that our vehicle had a long list of issues including a motor needing replacement. So their suggested mechanic told us his best suggestion was for this dealership to buyback the vehicle from me and put me in something different. So finally after 5 weeks from this point, we get it situated so that we can come switch the car out. We get there and their employees explain they dont do buyback, they do trade ins. So this dealership is trying to make me responsible basically for this faulty engine. They bring me back in, we pick out a 2010 Buick Lacrosse and with that owe them $600 on top of all the money weve already invested and it restarted all my payment over for this Buick. They said I had a down payment of $600 and basically just took all the money I invested in the other and didnt apply to my current finance which means I still owe the whole balance of this vehic

On March 24th **************** purchased her ******* Santa Fe. With her purchase she also purchased a service contract with 12 months or ****** miles of limited repair coverage. Around mid-April she had control arms and stabilizer links repaired and covered under her service contract. Late June, she had a concern about excessive oil consumption. The repair was authorized and as far as we knew everything was moving forward. **************** did not leave her car to be repaired but continued to drive it. In early August, we contacted ****************, who said she would prefer to trade the ***** Fe for something else. She chose to purchase a Buick Lacrosse. We needed $600 down to cover the additional sales tax owed to the state on her new purchase. We also applied as much of a discount as we could to allow her to trade the ***** Fe as that was her desire. We believe this is resolved to her liking. She can reach me at ************ for any more needed information.

      Thank you

In December 2022 Ms. ******* purchased her Kia. We warranty the engine and transmission for 30 days or 1000 miles, we do not guarantee E-check. We were not aware that Ms. ******* was still having problems with E-check and would be happy to look into getting her a different vehicle. She can contact us at ************. We look forward to working with her again. Thank you
