I paid over $200 for contacts. I was given a trial pair to use while I waited for them to come in. I tried them twice before calling to say I felt unsafe driving with them as the road signs were blurry and I couldn't read my monitors at work. They had me come back and gave me a different trial pair. These too were not to my satisfaction. While I thought I was given a different kind they were just a stronger pair. At this point I was quarantined then sick. I had covid at the end of December thru the first week of January. By the time I felt well enough to enter a doctor's office they refused to refund the money I spent on the contacts. I was told because they never sent the order back that I paid for it was now too late. Why would they keep something I told them I felt unsafe wearing?!? The only solution they gave me was to pay for another appointment in 3 months! Absolutely not! I have left a business review and sent 2 emails which have gone unanswered.
