Alignment was done at a shop I didnt approve. After alignment the steering wheel is now crooked but has never been crooked before. I drive my car daily all day I know how it should feel. I want another alignment done at my prefered location at no extra cost. Also they fixed my door jamb but left paint chips in the paint. **** even agreed that the paint chips shouldnt be there. They claim the wheel was already crooked which I know for a fact it was not. Tire shop who did my alignment stated that the cradle can shift if tboned. I was tboned so if it did get turned it was from the accident. My car also feels like a boat on the highway and now also shakes when i hit 80. They messed up my car bad and I want this resolved at no cost to me.Business response

[[BBB TRANSCRIPTION VIA TELEPHONE CALL WITH BUSINESS 4/14/2022]]
Business stated he had the consumer's car at their sublet mechanic's shop since they don't do that kind of work. Alignment guy was newer and had trouble with the readings for the alignment. They made arrangements to bring it back to his shop. Called consumer to see if there was something else wrong with it. Possibly shifting the cradle? Business confirmed cradle didn't shift. Took back to their sublet shop. Scanned vin # for car, alignment was realigned and perfect. He stated the chips in the door was from the seat belt hitting it over time. His shop fixed it for the consumer. He told the consumer if any problems, let him know. He never heard back from him. Consumer was suppose to call the BBB regarding the complaint being resolved.

I am rejecting this response because:
He claims paint chips were from seatbelt yet no one has ever sat in that seat. How do you KNOW it was from seatbelt? **** admitted that chip mark should have been fixed with the work that was done. Yes they screwed up my alignment and fought with me stating state farm wont let us fix it. I called state farm and they said we will fix it no problem. State street tire did alignment twice and steering wheel STILL isnt straight and they know it. They even told me when I picked up my car it wasnt straight. Never was crooked before but Tom knows it all, stated it was pre existing damage. Ill close this case but im not happy about this at all. Why would you let a new guy work on my car? I had to argue and fight with both business causing me emotional damage due to the fact I was the one getting the finger pointed at like it was ALL my fault. You can close this arguement because I will just not return to the body shop or tire shop. I had to go to Big Mikes to get it all done properly and had to pay out of pocket for something that was messed up during the vehicle being "fixed". Not satisfied but moving on. Thanks
