  3/12/22 The store forgot to put my onion chive cream cheese tub in my bag and when I called back to get a credit or refund for that, they said they couldn't do it without me coming in and either getting the product or scanning my card for a refund on the cream cheese tub. I told them that I was too far out as I was heading to my appointment. I pulled over and called the customer service number and it referred me to email. I called back and told the assistant manager that I would come back to the store only if I got the cream cheese tub and a refund as compensation for driving all the way back to the store from where I was at (gas is high now). The assistant store manager agreed and I headed back to the store. Once I got to the store, the assistant manager claimed she didn't say that and I asked to speak to the manager. After 30 minutes of waiting, the manager came in and said they don't give a refund and the product because it would mess up the inventory. I told her that her assistant manager said they could but the manager kept insisting that they don't. Poor customer service and no accuracy checking over the order before giving it to the customer. They don't even take care of their customers.
