      I placed an order with this company February 26 for hair. I reached out to the company via email and dm (they don’t have a phone number to contact them) March 8 pertaining to my order. There l policy states it take 2-4 business days to process and 5-7 days to ship. When I reached out via dm, I was told they were waiting on there shipment to arrive (so the item they let me order on there website wasn’t in stock-they had no inventory and didn’t indicate that on there website) . I asked would I receive my item by March 24 they said stated “yesss way before then”. I continue to give them grace being as though I was told March 8 there shipment was arriving next week which would had been March 11. I reached back out March 13 asking if they shipment had arrived, they said yes and my item would be ship and package tomorrow. After two days with no shipping information, I reached back out March 15, asking about my item and shipping information. No response. I continue to reach out via email and dm. No response. It’s now March 20, no response, no item , no shipping information.

      Order # ****  Made a purchase on 01/26/2024. Received a pre-shipment label on 1/30/2024. Cool I waited … no movement I then reached out through email at ******************** no response. I contacted a number ***** ******** no answer however she messaged me back asking who it was. I told her a customer trying to get an update on her package she asked for my order number and said she would check with her assistant give her 30 mins because she was at church. I gave her 2 hours messaged her no response… called the next day 02/05/2024 no response and sent a message still no response.. this is ridiculous and unacceptable. I told her I just want my hair I have a trip coming up and just would like for her to send what I paid for. And that it’s no hard feelings. I get it’s hard running a business but for this to not only occurred with me but multiple people this ridiculous. I honestly wish I would’ve seen these negative reviews before hand I wouldn’t of went with this company but I didn’t See It until after the fact. I would really like if JC Strands send me my stuff so I can move on and take it as a lesson that I won’t shop with them again. I sent the emails thru their site so I’m unable to show you the emails but I did provide text messages.

      I purchased bundles for my birthday on September 9th 2023. I understood the 2-5 day processing. I also paid extra for faster delivery. I reached out several times to ask if my hair would be here and got no response. My birthday comes and goes and I have to cancel all my plans because I never received my bundles. By the second week I began to ask for a refund because I ended up buying more hair from another company. I paid $547 for bundles and an extra $10 for expedited shipping. I started to post on her page asking for a refund. All of my comments were deleted. I then received a DM after two weeks asking me what I ordered. I responded and got no response. I informed her I just wanted a refund because I no longer needed the bundles. I reached out the very next day and asked for a refund. Her response was have I gotten the bundles in which I sent her a screen shot of the tracking info. My tracking Info says that the USPS is still awaiting package. I have emailed, FB messenger, Dm on IG, even texted her personally and I have barely gotten a response. At this point I have disputed the charge but by law I have to give her time to respond to them. This has been a horrible experience. I canceled all my birthday plans because I had no hair and had to spend an extra $600 somewhere else to get hair. My next steps is for me to sue. This is fraud at its finest.

      Order #****. I ordered hair at $378 total on July 27th. The website says 3-5 business days (false advertising). I have reached out several times via email and Instagram and had been ignored up until august 6th. She stated the order was shipped yet it wasn’t updated on the link I was given it just said order placed. Never received tracking #. Yesterday she says it was shipped, but it wasn’t because she could still go to the post office retrieve the package. I keep asking about WHEN I should receive a refund and they keep leaving me on read. If it comes to it, I WILL sue this company. I have lawyer friends & friends in IT and they won’t be hard to track seeing as though they doing everything over the internet that is traceable via IP address. It’s sad celebrities are promoting it and we are getting scammed. As high as things are nowadays people work hard for their money. I just want mine back.
