Date: 3-26-2024 Time between 11am-12:15pm So I went into the grocery store Dave's Market in Garfield Heights Ohio on Turney Road. Just walked in, grabbed my stuff, and went to checkout. I was at the self checkout area. I wasn't sure if a lady left her stuff I was going to take back to a lady with glasses and brown hair as soon as I was done. But she snapped at me and told me someone was there. I told her I didn't know. I thought they left. There was an African American girl with glasses standing across from the one I was at and she should have notified me and anybody else in line that there was someone there. I was confused I gave it a couple seconds but nobody said anything. How the heck was I supposed to know. I tried to explain myself twice but the lady with glasses and brown hair just gave a evil glare. She also said to me very harshly. Don't do that. Nobody listens. I didn't want to cause anybody trouble I just want to get my things and get out. I'm sick of being treated like crude by people. Treat customers with respect. Something has to be done here.Business response

I always shop there because it’s close to me I’m 66 years old and I went to the back of the store for hot food order the young lady that was weighing the food and putting the price on it had a very serious nasty attitude you can get in touch with the manager there he was there also but I need to talk to someone to explain the problem this was the December 4 at 1:00 afternoonBusiness response

I bought some grocery on 04/02/22, and when I got home, I find the orange is totally rooted and covered with mould. I sent an email by that day to their customer service and they just don’t care and never give me feed backBusiness response

Customer was contacted on 04/04/22 via customer service web site asking for location of the purchase so it could be looked into
Customer responded with a picture
Customer may return to location to return product for a full refund, will need to know location so they can be contacted to look over all of their product

I went to Dave’s on Thursday to do a shopping order. In this order I had 11 gallons of milk to deliver. I asked the cashier to please bag the milk so it’s easier for me to deliver. She literally became very upset; & yelled at me telling me that’s not her job; & then proceeded to tell me that her back hurts while bagging the milk. I also heard her call me a B——while she was fussing while bagging the milk. Once I confronted her about calling me a B——another employee came & finished checking me out. Out of 11 gallons of milk only 5 were bagged. I then ask for someone to help me to bring my carts out seeing as how I had 2 carts full of groceries; & nobody said a word like they didn’t hear me. A gentleman literally got out of his car & proceeded to help me get to my car with the groceries. While walking to the car she was standing by her blue SUV smoking a cigarette & literally yelling at me. I was very shocked to have all of this happen; as well as I felt threatened for my own safety.Business response
