      If I could give them zero stars, l would. They have unfair and shady accounting practices. They will not provide complete balance versus payment information. I make payments but my balance rarely changes, and they won't show me transaction history of payments and balance. I have been asking for this information for a year as I try to widdle down a past-due balance.

      Absolutely terrible customer service and handling. Everything is front ended by a 5 option call center with bad prompts that get you bo where. They called me, I answered and the robabotically routed me to a prompting system that isnt well defined. Even my doctors office said just say your a doctor and they will pick you up. That doesnt work because when they do they out you back in the system. The wait time is terrible. They finally called me and put me bacj into the same system. Their Technology employees or decision makers are ruining the company. I will have to find a replacement comapny as Medical Service Company is incompetent and complacent.

      Hi, I returned some supplies to medical services company because of very high prices, after one week they sent me a letter asking me to return my own cpap machine. This cpap I paid for long time ago to other company. They threatened me to return it to them.

      Run, don't walk away from this company. They used to be a good company until they grew to fast during covid. Now they are incompetent and it took them 3 months to get my CPAP machine order placed. Recently I placed a CPAP supply order, and they sent me a unheated CPAP hose, in addition to a mask and filter, when I told them I needed a heated hose but would order that myself online because it is much cheaper. The CPAP supply order was placed in April of 2024 and on 8/22/24 I received a bill for the order. They blamed the delay on the insurance company, but when I contacted the insurance company the told me they completed the claim on 5/17/24. How is this company still in business.

      Something needs to be done about this place. They have the WORST billing customer service. None of the billing makes sense. What they told me my sleep machine and supplies should cost and what they billed me for were completely different. They are absolutely incompetent. When I call, I wait on hold for a long time and then when I finally get through to someone, they give me the run around and won't give me clarity on why they're charging what they're charging. In trying to give them time to fix it, they sent the balance to collections and now just tell me to call the collection people. This company is unethical and shady!

      This company has absolutely horrible customer service. My wife and I have called them so many times to correct the mistakes that they have made with my CPAP supplies. They have constantly shown themselves to be incompetent and their billing practices are sketchy. They seem to charge double for all of their supplies. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

      Well it would be nice if someone would reach back out to me. They brought a nebulizer to my house per my doctor's order last year and told me when I needed new tubing for it to reach out and they would take care of it. Well what good does it do to reach out if no one acknowledges your requests and concerns?

      Was in an accident in November was released from nursing home in January before being released advised them I did not need the commode. They still delivered the commode. Then send me a bill two days before withdrawal from my checking account. I called lady claimed she would call me back because they billed the wrong insurance and would not withdrawal money from my bank account till proper insurance was billed. Called again today and still haven’t billed insurance. Did not know what to say when I said you delivered a product not needed and that I had a witness except we will refund you if your insurance covered it. The equipment was delivered before I came home never used and still giving me the run around.

      The worst customer service! They sent me someone else's order and changed my profile to fit that order, now I'm unable to purchase the correct CPAP supplies I need. 3 months trying to get my order corrected with MANY phone calls and emails. I'm done with this company!

      I have today discontinued my ******** ****** ********* from MSC today due to a year long problems with Billing issues as well as shipping issues! I was diagnosed a newly Diabetic in Nov of 2022. My Endo Doctor got me set up with MSC, I called them for first time in Nov 2022, where I discussed copay payments and was told there were none my medical insurance covered everything! Imagine my surprise a year later I am sent a bill for over $2000! Called my Insurance company come to find out they over billed me for 90 sensors and 30 transmitters! So my insurance company took over and made them straighten out the bill!! Then I told MSC I had to now do payments cause the bill was too high and there were more bills to follow cause MSC Bill dept has problems shipping my bills to my insurance company and my insurance company ALWAYS has to send asking for more information then MSC Billing Dept sits on my insurance request thus only responding when they send off for a new Bill causing my Bills to arrive months late and my insurance company to pay their payments later as well! Shipping and processing orders always late as well as if there is a problem with the order MSC will not let me know and I will be waiting for my much needed medical devices which never come and I have to contact them asking where is my shipment and why it was not shipped! I am warning ?? the BBB this MSC is putting Diabetics at risk when they mess with the flow of ******** ****** ******* ******* ******** (Sensors and Transmitters) to their Diabetic patients and if they keep going the route they are going there will eventually be a Diabetic patient who will medically suffer or die from their medical neglect!!! I have now gone and called my Insurance company mail in pharmacy cause they now are doing Diabetic Dexcom supplies and to start the preautherization process to start having my mail in pharmacy to send me my diabetic supplies! MSC is a deplorable company that needs serious overhauls! **** ******* ******
