I placed an order for multiple wall cabinets. In March of 2023. I received said cabinets and built all cabinets. 1 of the wall cabinets (15x12x30) had the incorrect screws. This caused the cabinet door to be damaged. I submitted a warranty claim. The company (MBS) came back and stated it was my error even though the only screws I received were used. After a back and forth I re ordered a new cabinet (at the full advertised price) at the time.This item became back ordered and then told that it was no longer available or in production. THE WEBSITE NEVER STATED THE **** WOULD BE DISCONTINUED OR NO LONGER AVAILABLE IN THE SPECIFIC SIZE.Over a year later and I can't match the same size cabinet with same size door, color, fitment.Business response

Our records indicate that a full resolution was reached with this individual. He agreed to accept a full refund for the damaged cabinet. A check was sent for that amount on 2/19/24.Customer response

I purchased three base cabinets from Modern Builders Supply in Ohio made by craft line cabinetry. One of the three cabinets arrived with a crack on the face of the drawer. I reported the damage the day I was aware of it, however the company flat out refuses to offer a replacement drawer front, even for purchase. I asked for a supervisor to contact me to work on a resolution as this is crack down the face of a drawer front and while they offered me a paint pen that will not work to repair the tape of damage that is present. I was told that the "supervisor is to busy and in meetings all day everyday". All I was asking for was the supervisor contact me to see if we can get a resolution and instead I got a dismissive answer. The phone rep would rather argue and dismiss my concerns than listen to my complaints and work to resolve the issue. Ideally I would like a new drawer front to be offered as a replacement. I would be happy to pay some or all of the costs, but the company flat out refuses to work with me and escalate my case. I was dismissed by the phone rep I spoke with and no effort was made to find a true resolution.
