My general contractor went to pick up the 4 appliances we ordered and paid for on 4/19/22 for the rehab property. They sold the microwave to someone else. The range was dented so bad in the front it was not acceptable. It was only possibly good for a rental property. We had to take pictures for the MLS so we had to go elsewhere for range and microwave that day and my general contractor only loaded the refrigerator and dishwasher. Greg has yet to refund my $645 to us!!! Even after multiple times he said he'd have a check for me. I drove 45 minutes each time! This is not the way to run a business nor treat your customers! I paid a total of $2532.60 for a refrigerator, range, dishwasher and over the range microwave on 4/19/22 to be picked up from the later when rehab was ready. Approximately 6 weeks. I want a refund of my $645 which includes my portion of taxes. He really should pay me for my time and travel the two times I drove up there to get a check from him. One time the doors were locked. The other he promised to be there between 3-7 but he wasn't and the young girl had no clue! My hourly rate is $70. So 3 hours x $70 equals another $210 Oh the reason there's 3 checks is because I manage 3 LLC's that own the property and we have to split the expenses correctly. ie 50%, 25%, 25%
