I leased a car from brunswick auto mart a 2022 jeep compass and it started to leak oil,i took it to a local auto shop to have them look at it and he said it was the tranmission cooler,he said to take it to a dodge dealer and have it fixed,so i called brunswick automart,they said it wasnt covered under the powertrain warranty,so i had the auto shop fix it ,it cost over $***** to have it fixed,i called corporate and they gave us a claim # and said to go back to the dealership to file the claim,we went to *** and they said to file it with corporate,we called and they said the dealership should of fixed it because of the powertrain warranty,so now we r out of over $ ***** dollars when it should of been covered by the warranty,thanku Brunswick Auto Mart,u can count on my family never buying another ******** product again.Review from Gregory K

I place an order 2024 ****** Camry XLE on September, 23, 2023.The sales team told me that the "Super Sonic Red" color may be difficult to find so it may take until December of 2023.I had a similar experience back in 1992 because I special ordered a 1992 MR2 with a T-top and they had told me it would take a while to manufacture and ship it from ******I agreed and was happy when it arrived in ********** and arrived at the Brunswick dealership in around 4 months.I received no calls from my sales person for 4 months, so I called him in January 2024.He didn't return my call in two weeks, so I called the Sales Manager, who told me the sales manager had been on vacation, and out of town.The salesman called me back and told me that they were having trouble finding the red color and would I be open to another color.By the way, a friend at work has the 2023 Camry in the same color I want and got it in 2 months from ****** Metro.So I decided to be patient.No phones or correspondence from anybody for over 9 months.I went to the Brunswick Auto Mart dealership on today, June 22, the 10 month anniversary of my order and cancelled my "Order" and got my money back.I have purchased 7 new cars from ****** over the past 40 years, but never again, and neither will my family and friends.A warning to all ****** shoppers; this is not an "order" for a car when the dealership does not have a car in their lot that matches what you want, this is a request from all the ****** dealers in the ** for the car with the model and other special features that you want in your car.Then they make you compromise on your requirements in the prayer they can fill that request from other competing dealerships.They could have built 3 cars in the 10 months I waited for nothing.Review from Michael H

I took my car in for repairs, they ordered the parts but when I went in they told me they decided they were not going to fix my car. They claimed the car was too old, which it is not. I didn't do anything wrong for them to decide not to fix my car. They would not give me a good reason. The customer service was also very poor.Review from Benedict T

I purchased a set of body side moulding for my black 2023 Toyota Highlander XLE AWD Hybrid Bronze Edition providing my VIN during the ordering process. After 5 days, I received the set body side moulding but it’s the wrong color, they sent me a set in white. I sent an emai immediately requesting a return label for exchange for the correct black color (you would think that they would have checked my VIN that I provided to get the exact color when I put in the order) so I can ship the item back to them, moments later received a generic response directing me to their Return Policy. I responded with another email that I’m simply requesting for a return label and they responded that since I’m returning the item I should pay for the return label. I refused to pay for the return label as they were the ine who made the mistake, I was told that they will send me the return label but will deduct the cost from my refund. I don’t think that as a consumer given I’ve provided my VIN should be penalized by someone else’s mistake when I’m simply requesting for them to make it right-to exchange the received item for the correct color, in black. This is not a good way to operate a business, it’s simply an even exchange transaction! I wish there’s a 0-star option that I could give to this entity.Review from Jody H

I purchased a 2024 Crosstrek. The salesperson, ******* ********, was extremely knowledgeable, he assisted me in finding something within my budget, and the finance manager, **** *****, explained everything to me, all my optional packages and warranties and spelled out the payment plan. The entire experience was quick and stress-free. I would highly recommend anybody searching for an automobile to go no further than Brunswick Subaru. I had not purchased a vehicle in over a dozen years and it was such a relief to have worked with these two folks.Review from S. B.

I can't give them a zero star rating... Shady People.. ******* ***** (salesperson) and ***** ***** (sales manager). I think they have a side business going with the **** *********** ****** *****. I've been a *** customer forever (this is my 3rd RAV) and suddenly **** is the place to be. Really?? Per *******, her whole family uses them.. that was the first red flag. Interest rate is 2% higher that *** was... hmmm Then **** sends paperwork and apparently they don't do online payments without charging a $7 fee or $12 over the phone. People don't use checks anymore... so really? Does the AutoMart folks get a portion of that? I've been researching "Truth in Lending" laws and they're breaking a boatload of them. Brunswick Toyota offers choices for their guest to pick from if Ms.***** was comfortable with a higher monthly payment she could have chosen to contract her new vehicle with TFS. She instead chose, as many of our customers do, for the more affordable payment option leasing with Credit Union.Customer Response

I inquired about pricing of new Toyota Hybrids that were available to reserve with a deposit until they arrived at dealer. I received by email spec sheets with MSRP pricing on the vehicles I was interested in. When I went to the dealership I was told there would be a $2K dealer mark-up on the vehicle I wanted. I left and when I questioned their very deceptive sales process I was told that 350 families still must be fed during this historic low inventory times to justify the dealer mark up, that they don't tell you about when they send you information on a vehicle with a documented price. So I was sent pricing and it changed during my visit to include a dealer mark up with an unbelievable response for justification. Should be an easy decision where to spend my hard earned money and it was. as this is a deceptive practice, sending an email with a documented pricing and then adding to it on visit.Review from Laura T

We had the worst experience ever at this dealership. The manager and salesman **** kept lying to us. We ordered a 2022 tundra and they said that we could change our mind at any time. We wanted to test drive it and see the car before we signed the paperwork. They would only hold the car and order it with a down payment. They said if we didnt like the car or changed our mind they would refund the money in full. We did want to change our mind and they would not refund our money, we found a better deal elsewhere. We had to stick with this deal because they would not give us the refund as promised. We were only hesitant since they were so shady. They kept blatantly lying to us and we did not want to give them any more money. So we bought the car anyway against our better judgement. So we had the car for over 3 months and were waiting for the plates to come only to find out from day one when we drove off the lot we had illegal plates. We were going to keep our previous personal plates and they had issues with the paperwork and did not tell us. We had to call them and ask about plates. They gave us a registration with a post-it that said they could not get our personal plates transferred. They just let us drive around for almost 3 months with illegal plates. We only found out when we called them. We had issues with them paying off our trade in in a timely manner. I will never buy a car from them ever again. I would never dream of having my car serviced here either.Review from Ken K.

Went in after viewing a Jeep Gladiator Rubicon online. Waited for an hour for a sales rep. ******* to initiate purchase online on phone. Was texted that evening with a write up with an added on $3500 un-advertised Market Adjustment ontop of a below KBB for my trade-in offer. Equaling an approximate $13,500 difference in price from online offer. Screenshot of initial offer was shared & all communications from dealership ended.Review from Robert P

I had my 2015 Jeep wrangler towed into Brunswick jeep for a dead battery in September. The vehicle had just gone over ******* miles, but is still in outstanding shape. All service recommendations from Brunswick jeep were kept up to date, with no issue. The battery was replaced. But then I was told I would need approximately $4,700.00 of repairs that were not called out during my oil change in January of the same year. I guess They did the vehicle inspection this time but didnt do it the last time I was in like they said they did. Im got 3 other inspections/estimates and none of Brunswicks call outs are not matching what other are saying. Letter to the owner generated a call from his assistant, who offered a $100.00 gift card, whoever the trust had been broken and the offering was rejected. I feel that once my jeep hit the ******* mile **** , Brunswick Jeep attempted to scam me and destroyed the trusted relationship I thought we had built .
