I applied for an apartment and paid 50 application fee however when it came time for them to show me the unit they refused. My first appointment May 4@ 10 the lady never showed up I wanted time and gas waiting on her and said she had me scheduled for noon when my appointment was at 10am ok so like that's not my problem. When I asked about making another appointment I told her Tuesday @ 11 May 9 she told me to call/ text her the evening before to confirm that she would be there. I text ******* May 8 to see the unit May 9 at 11 as planned well I never hear back from her so now I know they are playing games with my money and my time. So I emailed the company to ask for a refund of the 50 so some female ******** emailed me saying it's nonrefundable yet they approved me for a unit that they won't come to show me. She tries to dumb talk me in the email by saying I need to make an appointment during the day and not call after 5 or the evening before. I want my fee back. They really don't want me as a tenant and I don't want them as a landlord. They are unprofessional and rude

Unfortunately, as explained numerous times on the application, this fee is non-refundable. We do not suggest applying prior to viewing the apartment.

My apartment management team has had me living in unfair conditions. I have been asking for my apartment to be fixed correctly since 2017-18. They have their maintenance man fix things but he doesn’t fix things correctly. The stuff falls apart in they blame me in try to charge me to fix these things. They decided to not renew my lease making it like I’m messing the apartment up when really their maintenance team isn’t fixing things correctly in I refuse to keep paying for certain stuff. I tried to reach out to the property owner ******** **** ****** to explain my side. she knew I called in wouldn’t even return my call and has been very rude in nasty to me because of whatever her staff has told her to cover their buts. These are pictures off mbl work. The maintenance man terry puts a pot under my sink after he fixed it cause it was still leaking . Water leaking from my ceiling he cut it with a knife in put bowls under it to caught the water. It started leaking bad I had to have my kitchen wall removed because it was pipes inside the wall leaking. They fixed the pipes in replaced the cabinets but a week later the cabinets fall down because they wasn’t properly put up. They never even came back to fix the wall after rising the cabinets. It was a lot of mold in the kitchen wall which is connected to the bathroom wall. I put a work order in for the mold in the bathroom they never fixed the shower wall they put something over the mold the mold is now coming through it. I have been asking for new closet doors since 2017 I was told they are discontinued. Instead of updating my apartment they bring old dirty ones(2021) (during a pandemic) from another apartment in put those up as u can see they are not properly installed one is put on backwards (look at the handles). My hall closet door came down after they fixed it the first time. They screwed the screw in drywall so it’s coming down again. The maintenance men have said several times how stuff is wrong in my apartment

      Dear ********,

I apologize that you feel your apartment hasn't met your standards, therefore we gave you the opportunity to move at the end of your current term without incurring any future costs by staying in the apartment that you don't feel comfortable in. We wish you the best of luck in your new home.

      Sincerely,

      ******** ****-******
