We apologize for any miscommunication. It's important to note that disputing a transaction with a bank will not cancel with us after our work is completed. This is why the concerned parties received an invoice from us. However, in response to her request, we issued a negative invoice on September 30th and will not make any further attempts to collect. Thank you for your understanding.
