      On December 22, 2023 Rodney ( owner of Joes Mobile Homes) and his crew transported my mobile home approximately 15 miles. During the transport one of Rodney’s tires flew off and shot up through the floor of my bathroom/closet, Rodney said he would have someone out that following week to fix everything, after months of being told “someone’s coming the first of the week” Rodney finally sent someone out on 03/11/2024 after I began calling 2-3 Times a week bugging, whomever he sent out did not do a quality job they replaced the pieces of busted sub flooring but did not replace the subfloor under the bathroom counter that was busted. They did a total hack job. I brought this to Rodney’s attention and he agreed that it was not quality work. Rodney sent someone else out on 03/12/2024 this time all of the sub flooring was replaced but pieces were not cut to fit correctly most were filled in with expandable foam in other Places the gaps were just left open. One cut is so far off that u can visibly see the daylight shining up through the expanded foam. Rodney’s crew for some odd reason took the bathroom door off and did not put it back. They left sub flooring in my bathtub, did not clean up after them selves. Wood, nails, screws and trash left everywhere inside of the home and outside. They tracked mud all over the brand new floor I just had installed. When the tire burst through the floor it tore up the sub floor and the tile. The sub floor was “replaced” the tile was not. The job was absolutely rigged up and thrown together just to get me off their backs. I was unsuccessful at contacting Rodney on 03/17/2024 my call was declined and my message was not acknowledged. I have been civil and understanding throughout this entire ordeal. This is the first home I’ve owned and the only place that I have to live. I do not believe that it is right or fair that I be left with the mess & bill caused by Joes Mobile Homes.

      6.3.2024 BBB called business spoke with Rodney Y**** ###-###-####. Rodney stated that he has repaired the damage caused by the wheel. Rodney stated a few weeks later the repair was completed, Consumer contacted him wanting additional repairs made. Rodney stated that the home is old and the floors are rotten.

      I am rejecting this response because: I did not want (additional repairs) I requested that he correctly fix the repairs he attempted to make but failed to do properly

      I had my trailer moved August 20 and I was told the move and set up would take 3 days. Over a month later I have no heat and my carport has killed half my lawn from laying on the grass for over a month. When I contact the owner he tells me he’ll get to it as soon as he can, but no date and it’s getting cold at night. I’ve asked him if he would pay for a third party to fix the issues, but he hasn’t responded. Please help, I need heat! I paid $5600 for the move and setup over a month ago

      Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I advised him when I agreed to do the move that I do not hook up gas. When I got there, I found out that he had hired someone from the mobile home park to hook it up, and they hooked it up to nothing. He should have hired someone licensed. 

      I have put up the awning, but would like to note that he told me he did not want the awning put up until the driveway was put in.
