      I purchased a dashcam for my Cadillac Escalade in December of 22'. It stopped working nearly 6 months later. I immediately called Thinkware. I sent them proof of purchase along with the dashcam. They sent me a brand new camera. On 4/16 I contacted Thinkware to advise my replacement had stopped working. I provided them with receipts of my original camera, the replacement camera as well as a video of the dashcam malfunctioning. They have replied that beacuse the camera was purchased over a year ago, it does not qualify for replacement. I have only had my replacementfor 10 months.

      This is not our company. We provide software and are located in Cincinnati. The company referenced sells dashcams and is located outside of the US.

      On August 19th I had paid $400 for a full camera system for my vehicle. I received my camera on August 23rd. On September 8th I had called because I had received a camera that was malfunctioning. A ticket was created *****. It took 12 days to get a replacement sent to me. When it had arrived it also malfunctioned. I called again and filed another ticket that ***** on September 21st. On October 17th I was informed that a new camera would be sent to me. I received the new camera and it also had a malfunction. I called the third time about the same issue and a new ticket was created. ***** was created. I have been dealing with the same issue for almost 2 months and no issue has been resolved. Every time I call in I get a same response that warranty department is still working on it and I have to wait.
