I paid for a whole tattoo, as of today I have had to heal from an infection due to the tattoo artist not being knowledgeable, the tattoo is HALF DONE AND IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE WHAT I ASKED FOR INITIALLY. DATE: 09/25/2022 I paid $377.30 for the tattoo outline that was done however it was not done with detail as requested. I knew there was another tattoo date in the next month, I thought the artist would complete the details of the outline on the next appointment. DATE: 10/23/2022 I paid $368.50 for the rest of the tattoo to be completed. However the tattoo did not get finished because the artist was digging a whole in my skin so deeply that the tattoo was infected within a couple days. When I reached out to the artist regarding my leg being infected from him digging into my skin, the artist gaslit me and told me that the leg wasn't actually infected, even though my leg was leaking pus. I also mentioned to the artist that what he drew on my leg was nothing like what I asked for, I asked him to fix it. I have since spoken with my family and friends who have tattoo's of their own. They told me that it's not safe to allow him to continue, if he has infected my leg then it may happen again, if it happens again I may not be as lucky, the infection could be worse. I reached out to Beelistic regarding a refund and I have been ignored. I send them photos and requested a full refund, I haven't heard anything at all back from anyone. I called the Beechmont location and they answered the phone and told me that they were going to reach out to a woman named Serenity and remind her that they sent over the emails regarding the refund. When I called over to Short Vine to speak with them someone picked up the phone and hung up, I called back several times in a row and someone kept picking up the phone not saying a word then just hanging up in my face.
