Beware do not sign up with this company. He takes your money and does not come to snow plow.

Horrible service. Would not recommend him for the same complaints. Does not do the work he was paid for and has snarky comments on the phone if I reach him.

I have the same problem. I paid him $400 but he never showed after the two large snow storms. I left voice messages but he never replied. Now I can't even get his voice mail. If he can't plow our driveways then HE should make other arrangements. He should pay someone to fulfill his commitments. He is in breach of the contracts he signed with us. I want a refund but he won't answer his phone. He also owns a landscaping business but I'll never use them. P.S. Why do I need to click on at least one star? He doesn't deserve even that!

I’ve contracted company for 4 years. Service is terrible. He has never honored the contract terms of before 6 am and before 6pm when there is 2 inches or more of snow. Sometimes he never shows up, or shows up so late. I’ve had these issues every year I’ve contracted them. Yesterday 2/3/22 he showed up at 4:00 pm, it had been snowing since 10:00 pm the former evening and there was a 7 inches of snow in the drive. It is 4:00 on 2/4/22 and the plow has not shown up, the voice mail is full, and my drive is blocked with at least 8 inches of snow. I sent a text message at 9:00 this morning and again at 3:00pm, to no avail. I will have to dig myself out today. I kept the contract because with living in the neighborhood for 30 years I’ve found most plow companies are unreliable. But JW’s service is not only unreliable they do a poor job of clearing the drive when they do show up, so I end up with significant ice build up and a dangerous drive. The contract is $300 for the season, however the terrible service quality delivery has placed me at the end of my rope. I will not contract them next season, and would not recommend them to anyone. I won’t bother trying to get a refund, this is a lesson learned. I will advise my neighbors who use this company and are experiencing the same issues to contract someone else next season. I’ve already asked my neighbors whose drives were cleared today for the name of their plow service so I can contract them next season. I plan to add a review on every online site featuring this company including the community next door app, and will also contact the city of University Heights to make sure they are not on any contractor list the City provides to residents. Do not contract this company!
