              On the 30th of October 2023, I found First Choice Appliance Repair in a Google Search to repair my coin operated washer in my duplex on *********** West Side. The First Choice repairman set an appointment for November 1, 2023 and replaced a electronic control board for which I paid $291.60. When I discovered that this repair did not fix the problem, First Choice returned on November 8, 2023 to install a different control board which I paid $426.60 for ( I was not charged for the service call, just the part). This part was probably bad and did not solve the issue again. I called back to report the issue and was told that it would be fixed at no charge to me. It is almost 2 months later and my last voicemail to the company phone number was not responded to. I either want all my money back or the repair to be completed within 7 days.

              I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The company went above and beyond the the level of satisfaction that I requested. The best way to determine whether a company is exceptional is not through doing an acceptable job every time (which is what customers expect), but when they respond to customer issues and concerns by exceeding the expectations of the customer in resolving them. First Choice did just that. And I will be proud to use them exclusively for all my future appliance repair needs.
