      I apply thru Snap fiance I got Approved for $650 . I purchased a dryer an gas stainless stove . I was told I have have both I appliance s Tbe same day delivery , So I called The store was told I would a call back I didn’t , received a call back I called , male said well I will deliver the dryer Today which was Friday so finally I called back guy said I had to wait too Tuesday no time of delivery was never given , I called from 11 am 2-pm no answer so I went to appliance store wasn’t open ! So I called at 6:30 pm today I talk to male said he was not aware of any transaction done , so this male said I will call u back never called back I called back No answer again vm full here it is they took my money an didn’t deliver , I want my refund By me being fiance my ss was use , an my bill due 10/3 but I have No Appliance s

      THE REFRIGERATOR WAS PURCHASED AS SCRATCH AND DENT FOR 1800.00 ON A 90 DAY SAME AS CASH BASIS OR UP TO APPROXIMATELY $4000 FULL TERM. IT WAS PURCHASED THE SUMMER OF 2023 FOR MY 92 YEAR OLD MOM WHO WANTED ICE. BY IT BEING SCRATCH AND DENT WHEN IT WAS 10 MINUTES FROM BEING DELIVERED THEY CALLED TO INFORM ME THAT A PART COULD NOT BE FOUND THEY ASKED CAN THEY UPGRADE WITH A DIFFERENT REFRIGERATOR. I TALKED FOXY JAN THE OWNER WHO SAID "I WOULD LOVE IT"SO I AGREED TO IT. UNBEKNOWN TO ME I GOT A REFRIGERATOR THAT WAS OVER 6 YEARS OLD NOT A NEW ONE I HAD PICKED AND I FEEL THAT IT WAS A BAIT AND SWITCH AT THE LAST MINUTE UPON DELIVERY INSTEAD OF TAKING OUT THE OLD REFRIGERATOR FIRST THEY HAD BOTH REFRIGERATOR'S INTHE HOUSE TOGETHER HITTING MY NEW REFRIGERATOR HITTING AGAINST THE DOORS FLOORS AND BUMPING THE OTHER REFRIGERATOR AND DAMAGING THE BOTTOM HOSE ON THE NEW REFRIGERATOR . A REPAIR MAN FROM FAST CREDIT APPLIANCE CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY AND HAD ME PURCHASE A HOSE FOR THE REFRIGARATOR WHICH HE WOULD INSTALL IN A WEEK A WEEK LATER AFTER INSTALLATION IT WAS LEAKING WATER ON MY KITCHEN FLOOR. THE SERVICE MAN CAME OUT TWICE AND THE OWNER CAME OUT ALSO TO EVALUATE THE LEAK AFTER DAILY PHONE CALLS AND A LETTER I CALLED AND FOUND OUT HE BLOCKED MY MOTHERS PHONE NUMBER AND MY CALLS WENT TO VOICE MAIL. WATER WAS NOT STOPPED BY THEM FROM DRIPPING ON THE FLOOR. WHEN I GOT NO RESPONSE FROM THEM I HIRED A PLUMBER TO FIX THE LEAKING AND STOP FLOODING AND HARMING MY MOMS KITCHEN FLOORS. THE MANAGER CAME OUT FOR INSPECTION ON THE REFRIGERATOR AND FREEZER VIEWED THE SITUATION IT WAS FIXED HE HAD THE GUY ADJUST IT AND IT WAS LEAKING AGAIN AND HE WENT TO THE VAN AND NEVER CAME BACK. I TRIED TO USE MY WARRANTY FROM LG ONLY TO BE TOLD THERE WAS NO WARRANTY BECAUSE IT WAS OVER 7 YEARS OLD AND NOT NEW AT ALL. NOT ONLY DID I SPEND EXTRA MONEY TO REPAIR IT THE CAME AND BROKE AFTER I FINALLY GOT IT FIXED AND THE KICKER IS THERE IS NO ICE AND THE DOOR SAGS AND NOW THE FLOORS SAGS.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
