I made an appointment with ***** ******** in January. I paid him $300 and he still proceeded to take $300 from my bank account . I contacted the business multiple times and he ignored my message. I’ve even made appointments to keep the professionalism and he never showed up.Business response

We are currently working our partners Refund Advantage (tax banking) to resolve this issue. I enroll in a new product offered to help collect unpaid tax invoices. The Tax payers did applypay her payment but I was not able to update the tax banking information. We are working on a refund for the extra payment.Initial Complaint

THEFT OF SERVICES READ MY PICTURE MESSAGES BEFORE GETTING SERVICE YOULL KNOW WHO YOUR DEALING WITH SCAMMER A THIEF CON ARTIST AND A LIAR. THE OWNER ARNEZ THE TAX CONSULTANT WHO WILL STEAL YOUR INFORMATION AND USE IT AGAINST YOU! I HAD THIS GUY DO MY BUSINESS & PERSONAL TAXES FROM 2022 STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED REFUND, HE DOES. OT COMMUNICATE AND HE DOESNT KNOW WHATS GOING ON WITH MY REFUND??? RED FLAGG #1 THE SAME TIME I HIRED THIS GUY TO DO MY TAXES I ALSO PAID HIM $2400 FOR AU TRADLINES FOR MY CREDIT PROFILE YEAR LATER AND STILL NOTHING ON MY CREDIT THEN I REQUEST A REFUND FOR THEFT OF SERVICES AND WAS TOLD 2 WEEKS FOR REFUND NO PROBLEM TODAY MAKES THE END OF THE 2ND WEEK I ALSO HAD A BOOKED APPOINTMENT TODAY I SPOKE TO HIS ASSISTANT WHO HAS NO CLUE WHERE HE IS AN WHATS GOING ON I TEXTED HIM AND CALLED NO ANSWER HE MISSED THE APPOINTMENT THEN TEXTED ME ILL GET MY MONEY 2ND WEEK OF MAY. SO IF ANYONE HAS A BRAIN CLEARLY HE IS NOT A BUSINESS PERSON OR A PROFESSIONAL TAX CONSULTANT HE IS MORE OF A WANNA BE THUG OR GANGSTER WHO THINKS HE CAN USE HIS TAX BUSINESS TO STEAL PEOPLES INFORMATION AND THEIR MONEY I WILL BE GOING TO THE POLICE AND MAKING A POLICE REPORT ON THIS BUSINESS AND THE OWNER AND I WILL POST A REVIEW TO INFORM EVERYONE TO STAY CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS IT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN LETS GET THIS BUSINESS SHUT DOWN AND CLOSED FOR GOOD!! When handling business it’s a two exchange. I have provide taxes and life insurance to this same client. After being disrespected and accused of similar accusations of not preforming my professional duties. After finally meeting with this client we discovered work was done as expected. No apology just jump to next topic. We have several scheduled appointments. He needed to remove this security block on his profile. Client failed to do. I paid my partner to perform his service in expectations this client removed the security block. After pointing out this he denied have the block. Typically we don’t offer a refund for that service because it’s exported to my partner. I offer him a few option to resolve this issue. I explained to him that he can remove the block and do the work or i can issue him a refund but the refund was coming out of my personal pay so it’s going to take time to process in the company budget. I inform him when i can process refund. He told me i was drunk and started posing threats and being disrespectful. Going forward i refuse to do business with him.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.When I did business with this company I paid them directly I did not work with anyone else I did not pay anyone else I paid this company for a specific service that I did not receive.
My account was not blocked I have reference number that I received when my credit profile was unlocked. Still no services was done and I I work hard for my income and to have it taken because of unprofessional business practices is not right and is illegal it is theft of services I requested my refund back I was told 2 weeks. I reached out to the company after the 2 weeks then the only thing they can say is I just wait another 2 weeks? That is unprofessional with lack of communication and without a care for the consumer who spent their hard earned money with the company no threats were made I have shared the text message thread between myself and the company’s CEO and their is no threats but obviously he is taken me wanting to visit his office as a threat because they know of their wrong doing and illegal business dealings all I wanted was my hard earned money back $2550 is what I spent and that is what I want back I will take legal action against this company for my money It is unfair and unjust for them to keep my money after not performing the service I requested also this company has no policy that states their is no refund I will pursue legal actions if this company refuses to give my money back for not completing the service and even if they could I no longer want to do business with this company I just want my funds. The company lied when they said we can refund you within 2 weeks now after 2 weeks they say we can refund you 2nd week of May? That is a spit in the face when you have my money that is for my family I worked for I am married with children this is unacceptable, and it is bad business practice I do not appreciate the company pointing fingers instead of taking responsibility for the lies and the stalling of my funds I patiently waited 2 weeks the CEO did not once call or email me to inform of a delay in payment but wait until the very last day of the 2nd week to say we just wait again now until 2nd week of May? How is that right or fair? It is not I will also file a police report for theft of services against this company.

I tired to work with client although we had several missed appointments and assignments not being completed. We have work together on several occasions. Every engagement we engage my company provided the service as request. This last engagement this client had a block on his credit report. We discussed the block had to be remove in order to get the results. The client didn’t remove the block and when my partner company send the request for the service to report on the client report it was blocked and rejected. I am not able to regain the money back from my partner company. I originally offered good will refund although we can’t offer a refund once service provided. Client declined and processed to threaten me and told me “he will do everything in his power to ruin my business.” I refuse to continue an exchange with his client.Customer response

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]The service I paid for I did not receive my credit report was not blocked I was able to purchase a vehicle for my wife and I have the text thread sharing that exactly with the company If my credit is locked I would not be able to purchase a new vehicle and this is recently. It is clear this company is refusing to refund the money I have spent for literally nothing this company is no different than a thief the only himself as you can see is unprofessional has no customer service for his clients and I have shown proof of my payments this company I paid I did not sign anything saying I cannot get my refund I was told by the owner I would get my refund now they are clearly refusing and I would like to pursue this company I am not satisfied I am more angry my time is wasted $2500 is wasted an this company is refusing to refund for theft of services this company should be reported to the Attorney General, My family has been affected by this my business has been affected by this I have spent hard earned money to build my credit instead a company pretending to rebuild credit literally stole my money! They have no policies whatsoever stating they do not refund I made sure I can get a refund before doing business ow that they have my money for some reason this company thinks they can take my money without providing a service, not try to resolve anything just take my money and as a business owner all he can say is how he feels… oddly this owner is very emotional an taking this personal when they have lost nothing and I the customer married with wife and children worked hard to make $2500 to help my credit so I can better my family and this is the outcome their is no way this is acceptable this business should not be operating when they are literally stealing money and refusing to resolve the problem I have every right to pursue this company for the theft of services I paid for! I paid this company over $2000 THEY DID NOTHING FOR ME THEY HAVE NO PROOF THEY HAVE NO POLICY WHATSOEVER I HAVE SHARED MULTIPLE CONVERSATIONS BETWEEN THE OWNER AND I It is clear as day what kind of business this is and they should not be operating in that field dealing with people’s personal information/finances it’s clear this business owner operates out of malice and false advertising their is no integrity or honest business practices here.
I run a business myself and deal with a lot more clients than this owner he is more of a con artist with good words I have uploaded more proof of our conversation I have told this gentleman that I purchased a new vehicle for my wife so their is no way my credit was locked. As you see the dates in the text you can see how long I have been patiently waiting for my refund and the owner is mad because I don’t want to do business with him I want my money back so this is his way of trying to hold me hostage or just take my money without doing the service.
