      8/7/24 I called this pest control company to remove a in ground wasp nest. They gave me a price of $425. Several local control companies gave me estimates between $125 to $145. Be aware of this pest company.

      Today 7/25/2024 my 75 year old mother called this "business" to get a price on exterminating a hornets nest. They were quick to demand her credit card number, expiration date and 3 digit security code and no service had been performed. The employee arrived and was polite however wrote up an estimate for $469 !!!!!! We have spoke with 3 local businesses and given a price of $95 for the same extermination. Now I see why this "business" has a 3 start rating which I feel is more than generous. I also see they have an "F" rating. I do NOT recommend these people. I feel my mother was scammed at best. My mother did pay in cash their "service fee" $109.35 incl tax in cash. COMPLETE RIPPOFF

      F all the way- no service rendered. I called an ad on the internet and it was passed to this company. I was told a tech would call at 900 the following day and would show up between 9 and 1230. No one called by 1030 so I called another company and set up another appt. At 1235 PPS called and wanted to come over for the 98.00 inspection. I explained no one called at 900 so I called another company. Then another guy called started talking he charged my card on and on then hung up on me. Very rude do not even try to work with these clowns.

      I RATE THIS COMPANY A F.....Terrible experience with this company! I have a yellow jacket issue and used this company to get rid of them. It was a $98.00 inspection fee and a total payment of $489.98 for the treatment and a 120 day WARRENTY on 11/6/2023. I called them AGAIN a week later on 11/13 no call back, called again on 11/16 no call back, called again on 11/21 no call back, called again on the 11/28 with no call back and still have the jellow jacket issue SO I called my credit card company to dispute the charges and working with them on this issue!! It is SAD AND UNPROFESSIONAL that people take advantage of other people over the power of money...YOU CANT TAKE IT WITH YOU WHEN YOU HIT YOUR GRAVE....I HIGHLY recommend STAYING AWAY from this company at all cost!

      Rated F by BBB. Be warned. Terrible experience. Paid $912.68 for mice protection. My credit card company ****** questioned charge. I’m not sure product used is legal. No follow up, but this might be “covered” legally by warranty or no warranty. Do not call this company, especially if you already know you have a problem…..you will be sucked in…….

      Horrible, horrible, horrible! Started 10-12-22. I had moles in my backyard. After the $98 deposit given for them to just come out and give an estimate... They made it seem like it was my fault for having moles! They did an initial treatment for a total of $448.20 and told me that I would have to kill the worms the moles were eating. I called again due to increased mole activity. They returned 10-29-22. Said they were the same mole hills as before. (They were not.) I applied Grub-Ex very heavily on 11-3. Then, I started marking all the new holes with "date flags!" On 11-17 I had marked 31 new hills. I continued to call on 11-18, 11-21, 11-22 with new "hill counts." On 11-23 I was told I would get a refund or they would send someone out again. No one ever showed. On 12-1 I was told I would get a refund. After many more unreturned calls, I was given only a $98 refund on 1-3-23. I have since called about 10 more times asking about the $350 more. On 1-11 I had an out-of-town friend call. He got them to answer immediately! On 1-26 I was told the remaining refund would be expedited. Still no refund after numerous unanswered calls. My backyard looks like a mine field. Some of the mounds (around 7) are over one foot high! THIS IS NOT A RELIABLE COMPANY! THEY SAY THEY WILL DO THINGS LIKE COME OUT OR CALL YOU BACK BUT THEY DO NOT!

      Total scam company, I called ******** *nd got quote for $199 to treat bee hive, somehow this PPS company calls me back, I thought I was talking to ******** and gave CC info and scheduled appointment…long story short this Daryle guys shows up with a $495 estimate,, and I asked what happed to $ $195 quote. He said they are not ******** but another company PPS. Somehow they called me and hid fact they were a different company then and he quickly charged my cc, when I said I didn’t call his company. He told me I called them and checked my phone history,I had no history, he told me then he didn’t know what phone number I would have called to reach them, but somehow had my call recorded why they called me I thought when I was talking to Terminix. Anyway …asked him since he was there could they match ******** price, he said no and that he already lied to his boss saying I was a struggling single father to get me best rate. I told him if your lying to you boss your probably lying to me. I then talked with someone in management and they agreed to do it for $259, still 30% higher than ******** but I needed it done asap and he was there. I would not use them ever again, unless you like paying high prices or get hit for $100 charge to get lied to.

      I would have given a 0 score b/c there was no service received.I requested a service call for quote,told they charge$98.00 for to come out and the cost would be deducted from service if I used them.They required credit cards up front but would not be charged until performed. I gave my card number (this was on Saturday 11/6/21) at 11:40am. Spoke with a Darryl (talker_red flag!) I decided to cancel 5min later because this didn't set right. I immediately called back 5min later and told Darryl to cancel,very condescending refusing to cancel stating I couldn't b\c he had me on a recording re:our conversation. When I told him I would cancel payment with my credit card he said"do what you got to do".He had put the charges through while we were speaking. I contacted my credit card company and told can dispute charge when I receive my bill. This company is truly a SCAM!!! BEWARE.......trust your first instinct. Barbara O
