**** ******* was very professional, thorough and patient. Completed job quickly and was willing to answer questions so I understood process. Company also has a good set of procedures and technical support in place to move the process along from texting to email to utilizing caller ID to quickly pull up Customer info.

Awesome service. I was scheduled for next week but when an opening popped up, they called me and fit me in the day after I called and scheduled! The technicians were great, knowledgeable and quick. They discussed the two options, including the price so I could make a decision. Polite, clean. Just a wonderful company from the office people to the technicians!Safe Electric & Plumbing Response

Safe Electric immediately responded to an electrical fire that blew the circuit breaker panel and the exterior electrical box. While here they corrected the negligence of a bathroom remodeler contractor who disconnected the jetted tub start button snapped off the grounding wire and took out the copper plumbing rep!aced with shark bites and pecks which posed a significant safety danger of electrocution. They immediately responded to the emergency call and worked until the new panel and surge protector installed and inspected . it is well worth the price of enrolling in their maintenance p!an . special thank you to Caleb , Bryce and Ben who came out to resolve the issue caused by the negligent contractorSafe Electric & Plumbing Response

Excellent same day service. Rhett was knowledgeable, personable and most helpful. I told him what I was considering and why, and he explained the various options to meet my needs. He also identified a potential safety issue and recommended a fix. He left me with a me a detailed estimate of all of my options for me to consider. No high pressure sales pitch; just a good discussion on electrical safety and options and a reasonable estimate.Safe Electric & Plumbing Response
