I made an order and it never shipped. They took my money and now I cannot get customer service to respond.Customer response

The day after I filed my complaint with you requesting a refund, LOOKHUMAN shipped my order. I received an email today from customer service saying they cannot refund my order because it’s already shipped. I don’t have the option to refuse delivery, and I don’t want to pay shipping costs to send it back. I want the refund I requested.Business response

I ordered several mugs from this company and received an email they shipped on december 6th. They still are not here now on december 24th. The tracking information has not changed since the 6th. I have emailed and message the company several times with no replies. On their facebook page there are several very similar complaints about this company.Business response

I made a purchase on 12/7 for several items. At the time, the items were set to be processed for shipping in 3-5 days max. I waited more than a week before reaching out to their customer service. The site lists live chat hours on their page, but no one is ever available to live chat. I sent an email inquiry and they just stated that my order would be resolved soon. I wrote back asking for an estimated day for shipping, as these were ordered for holiday gifts and fell well within the purchase period for when they should have arrived. I just wanted to plan accordingly. Their customer service has gone silent on me, and has not responded to additional outreach, inquiry, and my order is still pending. I have been charged for the order and still have no details on when my items will ship. They are still advertising 3 day processing as well.Business response

Purchased an item with priority shipping. I have attempted to contact the business via all available channels (phone,chat,email,voicemail) and have had no response or direction. The company seems to have lied on shipping estimates (which i incurred additional fees to ensure) and has no available service team or channels to assistBusiness response

I ordered something from lookhuman, which is owned by this company, on 12/21/2021. The order number is ********. I got an email on 1/4/2022 stating that the mailing slip has been printed and my package would likely be shipped within the next couple of business days. It has been a week. No shipping confirmation... nothing. I'm beginning to grow suspicious that this company could be another China-based scammer. I ordered this as a gift for somebody. I just want my order to ship so the recipient who has been patiently awaiting their Christmas gift can finally receive it. Their website says a 5 business days to print. There's no way it has taken them 21 days. It's a pair of socks.
