I have an annual service contract with Hetter Heating & Cooling for the AC/Heating unit at my house 1*** ******** ** *****. Last July, I scheduled the summer service for the unit and the company rep came and conducted the service that including adding more cooling agent and thawing the pipes. The company sent me a bill for $717.27, which a thought was very high and included excessive charges. I called them to complain about the charges, indicating that the charges are too high and paid the full amount of $717.27 for the annual contract plus the charges. In mid-November, I called Hetter H&C to schedule the winter service for the heating unit, as the cold weather is getting worse. Their reservation secretary first told me that I have no contract for service, but after I gave the amount and date of payment she reluctantly agreed to schedule my house service for the last week of Jan 2022. I told her this date unreasonable and seems to me like a retaliation against me for complaining about your the high charges for the summer services. I asked her to schedule me for a more reasonable schedule and the week of January is too far in the cold weather for our house to remain without servicing the heating unit. I would like Hetter H&C company to re-schedule the service to our house for more reasonable and timely manner.

I spoke to Mr. ****** this morning and was able to find an appointment time for tomorrow that was better suited to his needs. He was very pleased that his needs were made a priority by our company and plans to continue doing business with us in the future. We did not discuss the past service call where he felt he was overcharged for services. I checked our pricing structure for the work that was done last July and found everything in line with our current business model. He has a maintenance agreement with us and was actually given priority pricing which includes a 15% discount. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.Customer response
