      I have been waiting over a year on a claim about my refund for my Checking Acct...Found out it was closed and they can't find any records...Transfer to 6 different times, and only 1 saw exactly what I've been claiming all a long...Got transfer again, and back to the same routine...Chase Banking is terrible at customer service

      Preying on a minor (under 18). I have a teen account set up under my account and the debit card for the account was obtained by fraud. The company did not protect the underage account with any safety warning and allowed fees for international payments. This should have been a flag on their side that an underage account holder wasnt making payments international in Mexican pesos. They only stopped the card and only covering the 60 days to refund charges incurred. Also, allowed for an ****** prime membership to be opened when clearly a minor cant open an Amazon prime account.

      I was scammed in marketplace by a puppy theft ring. I filled a claim with Chase Bank. Chase rolled in favor of this theft ring stating that they had provided a document of sale. However, I have no puppy, no such document. And when I asked Chase to provide me with a copy of said document I was told it would take ***** days to review before they could furnish this supposed document. This person faked a profile. Had another individual pose as an administrator of a breeders page. The ACTUAL breeder and page owner, reached out to me when they learned of the theft. They were upset that this had happened to me and later passed in the page against this person and sent a beware statement to the page. Chase like I said, ruled in favor of this theft ring and took the money from my account. My fear is that in not the only person this has happened to. And Chase is MY PERSONAL Financial institution. And helped to commit fraud against me. This is a very serious issue

      In August 2024 my partner *** ****** purchased a round trip ticket to ***** for September 8th for *** ****** with the credit card reward program we have with Chase. Due to a problem with the airline the ticket we thought had paid for wasn't valid. I didn't find this out until I was at the airport.*** ****** who is in ***** was able to a new ticket for the next day with the Chase Travel Reward Program for $1,893.80 almost double what we got for the first flight. We didn't receive an e-mail with the itinerary I assumed the departure ********** was the same. We drove 1 hour to the airport & missed the flight because the time was different , We tried to cancel the connecting flight right away but the agent couldn't do it. We told the agent that we never received the itinerary. Her response was that we should have asked. We had to pay $1,199.39 for another ticket . It was very stressful because I needed to get the ticket asap.We would like to be compensated for this amount.

      Chase bank has the absolute worst card member services of any major credit card. Virtually impossible to access any of your accounts as an authorized user. Verification questions asked that were personal information that was not disclosed in any Chase Bank application. Their customer service is completely unwilling to help you find solutions, 0 American representatives, and incessantly requiring verification information not required by ANY major credit card ************ yourself a headache and end your banking relationship with them immediately

      I have been banking with Chase for over 15 years. Im trying to make online deposit today and the system said that my deposit is over limits for this month, I can not make another deposit online until next billing cycle. This is unbelievable. ********** would limit their customers deposits ?

      Terrible mortgage service. I was told almost 4 months ago that it should take about 3 weeks to do my mortgage. Great in the beginning very easy to get in touch. But once I paid my good faith payment it got hard to contact them. I was told to get a pest inspection, the loan would go through in time. Pest inspection is good for **************************************************** to pay for another. But I'm done running in circles with them. I have done everything they have said 3 times, how they say to do it. But it always needs modified and need something new. I had to pay an additional 75 dollars to have a privacy fence inspected. (The pest company has never heard of needing to inspect a privacy fence.) I got a partial refund on my deposit, but I'm out ****** dollars because chase mortgage is a joke and their employees are lazy and won't do their job. I had to go into the reports they were sent and blow up a section, screenshot it, and send it to them because they swore they never received it. If only they would have read a little bit they would have seen that they for sure did get what they requested.

      The mortgage customer service is horrible. I pay my ********************** in 2 payments every month. They never post it correctly and they end up charging me late fees when I am a full month ahead in payments. This is a simple process that they refuse to get right, since it gives them an excuse to foreclose on homes.They never call or request clarification on a posting they don't understand, they just post it however they feel like. They tell me the only way they would get if correctly posted is if I let them pull directly from my account every month.

      I'm quitting Chase. It's been a few good years. I appreciate their local personnell who are professional and courteous. The bank services are very good. But I cannot tolerate NOT being backed by my bank when it comes to a notorious scammer merchant - one that has hundreds of online complaints (I came to discover) with 100% lowest possible rating. and hundreds of consumer complaints that match my experience to a 'T'. When a bank will make a decision - in spite of ***** of documentation about a merchant in ***** robbing people in ******* - and deny their own client justice in the face of a file full of crystal clear evidence, is more than I can tolerate in the bank that is to guard my recourses. Chase's backing of the scammers is tantamount to their own participation in the ********** I will close my Chase account and look for a bank that backs its customers.
