I reached out to the Community manager ****** ****** on 3/19/24 about cancelling my service. She responded on 3/20/24 stating the service was in effect until 5/31/25. I never received notification that the agreement would renew automatically and that I would need to terminate it manually. She said that she would request a rollback so that my agreement could end on 5/31/24. Weeks went by without me hearing back from her so I contacted the company again to make sure the service would be cancelled. I called in spoke to another manager, ******* ******, in April 2024. She let me know that the rollback was approved and the agreement was cancelled. I asked for confirmation of that to be sent to me in email, which I never received. I sent another email and I received a response from another community manager,******* *******, he told me that the rollback was denied and the agreement is still in effect until 5/31/25. I no longer want or can afford this service. I’ve reached out several times and I keep getting told different answers. I just want to cancel this service and never deal with this company again. Also they’re charging me $81 for the month of May 2024 when my bill is supposed to be $54. I’ve reached out to them several times about it and I can’t get a clear explanation on where a $33.10 charge came from in Sept 2022. I’ve never missed a bill since I got the services in April 2022.Customer response

I spoke with the company. They cancelled my contract as requested. Please close this complaint.
