I spoke with ****** this morning when I found out the wrong order had been shipped out to me. They had the problem solved in less than 5 minutes. They are sending out the correct order complimentary and refunded what I had spent on the first order. Shantes customer service was phenomenal and unmatched by other companies recently.Review from Donna B

I did get a response to my message but it had nothing to do with my problem. I was charged double for and old subscription and was told that I owed for my new subscription.I suppose it will not be easy straightening this up.Highlights for Children, Inc. Response
