Brothers replaced my roof a year and a half ago. I still have leaks and continuing damage inside my home. I have contacted them repeatedly. They come out and take pictures but have not stopped the leaks or repaired the damage.Business response

I am sorry that we were not able to address your concerns. However, we were at your home on multiple occasions caring for issues that were not our responsibility, some of this issues were present prior to our work. We were also in contact frequently,. When it was time for us to come out to care for the one remaining issue you refused to allow us to come out. Also, you stated you took care of it.

The.company installed a new roof about 2 years ago. My roof is leaking in two spots. I called them and they showed up and said he will have to send someone to get on the roof to fix the leaks. Never called back so I called and he said that he will send shingles to be replaced and again nothing. I attempted to call 3 different times with no resolution. The leak has been a problem and this company doesn’t honor their warranty nor their promises to fix things.Business response

I have not received any calls or emails at all. also, we were on the phone for more than 10 minutes. I was walking you through our findings and explaining to you what we were seeing in detail. Explained to you in detail what we saw with your ******* and you mentioned you had work done with ********* ******* and we advised you needed to reach out to them regarding their work. The photos I send you was not our work it was the ******* findings you wanted to see so you could call *********. I will resend photos today. Everything on our end/ our work was fine.

On or about June 30,2022, Brothers Roofing & Construction entered into contract with *** ******* ***** Fellowship **** ********* **** ************* ** *****. The Consumer tendered a down payment of $2,500.00 (June 30,2022) required by Brothers Roofing & Construction to begin the work per the Contractual agreement. On or about July 20, 2022, a call was placed by Consumer to get an update and representative stated, “an employee was on site to perform the work if not this day then tomorrow (July 21, 2022).’ Consumer was given no date or time the employee actually would be on site. On or about July 29, 2022, a call was placed to the Owner Bill Schmidt who stated, “ work was completed and representative would present final bill and go over the work that was performed.’ On or about, July 29, 2022 the representative placed a call 10 minutes after Owner stated would have representative call. Spoke to representative who stated, “work was performed by employee, no final payment ($2,500.00) was due until pictures (before / after) of areas were shown. Representative stated the employee who took pictures was in hospital and would need to get them upon his return to work. Representative stated he would be in touch within one week from the latter date. To this date Consumer hasn’t heard from representative or anyone from Brothers Roofing & Construction. Employee was in the hospital a couple of times and completely out of our control. He was also not able to work after he was discharged from the hospital for a while. As stated by customer we have not collected final payment which was agreed upon. Not sure why this is a complaint? Its not like job was not done. We will be submitting pictures soon since job has already been completed and we would like final payment as agreed. Tell us why here...Customer response

The Consumer is rejecting this response because: Accordingly, the Company's response fail to answer the Complaint nor provide any "proof" of the areas per the contract needing repair and the work was completed. There is no evidence provided from the Company to substantiate their claim the work has been completed. Accordingly, the before pictures of the area and work to be done promised by the representative have never been shared or discussed with the Consumer. Their statement alleging the work has been completed and the employee has been in and out of the hospital fail to satisfy the Consumer's complaint. Final payment will not be tendered and Company should return the down payment since it can not respond to the complaint with proof or evidence to satisfy the Complaint.

BBB,
We are currently in receipt of the photos of the work performed by the Company. Accordingly, there will be a scheduled meeting to have the Company explain the work performed and *** ******* ***** ********** will tender final payment.
