Bought car and ad and seller said there was no structural damage. Upon getting oil change the manager pulled me under car and there is significant damage including part of frame missing under passenger door, both rocker panels are completely rusted out or missing, sway bar and sway bar link missing on passenger side, underside is rustedBusiness response

Hello dear,
Thanks for reaching out regarding customer request. Our company policy is selling used cars AS-IS. We give customers all the time they need to check the cars out, even sometimes inspect at different mechanic shops. Customer came and checked car, had plenty of time checking it. Its a 1997 car, which is 27 years old from ****, of course its gonna have rust like most of older cars in here, its beyond expected to have rust. We never had issues selling cars with similar conditions since the price reflect the conditions. We even then offered him to return the car with re-stock fees after they drove it for more than a month, we didnt receive a response back. We are very flexible and reasonable with customers. I am rejecting this response because: they never called me or in any way try to connect with me regarding returning the vehicle with restock fees. They never offered me a chance to take to a mechanic to look it over. The person did not speak very good English to communicate anything to me or wife. I communicated with **** and he said he would find out and talk to owner but has not returned any text or any communication with me. He is beating around **** to let this expire. The ad said there was no structural damage at all and **** himself said they never looked under car. I asked for them to come and get car and give me my money back with **** and again he does not communicate back. I am willing to get on a polygraph if necessary. This should have been resolved if they were an honest business who just made an error and this would not have gone this far. They sol a car by misleading the customer into thinking nothing was wrong but there is structural damage. This is plain fraud
