      We purchased a vehicle from this dealership and the vehicle was not in the same condition as advertised. We attempted to contact them to solve the issue in person, by mail and by phone but we continued to be ignored. We were taken advantage of because we do not speak english well. The vehicle has transmission issues, issues with breaks, ac does not work, the vehicle was sold to us in no condition to be safely driven. There were also other items that were listed in good condition but were not. After making the purchase i later found out that this dealership had many other issues in the past. I am requesting that they take this vehicle back and refund my $3250. Another major issue is that we paid $3250 for the car but he only listed 1k on the receipt and i am not sure why. The vehicle never left my driveway and we want a solution to this asap.

      The issue here is that they took an advantage of us because we didnt speak engliush and made us sign things that we didnt even know what they were.Had we known that he was having us sign the document saying as is we would not have signed it and he also lied on the bill of sale saying the car cost 1k when we paid them almost 4k.

      I paid 2415 for a 2008 Chrysler town and country minivan on Saturday March 26 2022 it was advertised as no.problem 125,000 miles so we arranged to test drive it, it when fine brought the van brakes were squeaky but set up time to take to get fixed on Sunday. As I was driving home from dealership van begin to lock up and lose power my significant other called the owner of the business to.let him know he said to call the sales person so he presided to do that at this time he laughed it off and we explained we wasn't asking for a refund just a reliable vehicle to get to and from work. So he said call him back on Monday we try and our numbers were blocked. So the mechanic finds out the master cylinder was disconnected so he does the brakes and hooks it back up tyranny is slipping I'm driving home with my children and car catches fire. So.i use another phone and call uncle b car dealership and explain and still nothing. I'm basically a single mother who spent 2415 for a van to provide for my children I'm not asking for a refund just something safe for me and my children

      I filed a complaint 2 weeks ago about a vehicle I purchased from uncle b's auto sales on Hudson Street columbus ohio
      43211, and still have heard anything back can you please advise me what the next steps are in resolving the matter
