Purchased a gift card online for $280 on 7/13/23. Trying to book and have tried calling, texting, messaging -- all the modes the website has suggested. Have never received any type of return call to set up an appointment. This has been for a few months. Cannot get any response from the company.Business response

They did not reach out to posted email or phone number on the website, they tried to reach us through the Google messaging system which is not monitored. After I got this complaint notification I reached out to the customer with a phone call to discuss the errors. I have already processed a full refund for them as well. They should be in contact with the BBB to confirm is what they told me.Customer response
