We contracted this company for a roof, gutters and downspouts. We simply wanted our leaf proof section of gutters not pieced with scraps from the truck in 1 food sections. The owner promised to come out and repair/replace and now does not feel he needs to do so

please see picture that customer sent. You can not see this from the ground. He was concerned about the 2 small sections of guard at the end. I stated that "when we were in that area, we would swing by and put 1 longer piece in". Well, we have not been over in that area, he calls or texts every 2 days! Finally i told him, Our gutter guard is guaranteed to WORK, not How many pieces are on the gutter. I told him I didnt know when we would be in the area, and he could swing by my office (he lives 3 mins from my shop) and i would give him a piece free of charge, he didnt like that and filed a complaint on something that is clearly working and is upset about the aesthetics. Again you can not see any guards from the ground. He has chased all his contractors off his job and filed complaints on them. I was pre warned not to deal with this person, But i did anyways, and here we are ************ ***** ******
