Paid half 4/12/23 and remaining balance $2600.00 when job was completed. Took them approximately 2 months to do the job. Do not have a completed date but do have receipt paid in full. Called and spoke with **** about a board that has come loose and he said he would get someone to come check it out, that was now going on 3 weeks ago. Called and no answer.Business response

There must have been more than one board loose. I sent my son to take care of it. He told me he found 2 loose boards and he fixed them. If the board that that are talking about is still loose – mark it in some way to see, I will send him back out.

It has not been repaired. I am attaching pictures of the board that needs repaired. (See attached)

I chose this fence company last year after meeting with other fencing co., because I trusted them. Ever since i put down my $4000 down payment, I have had nothing but issues with this company. I have had **** the owner to my house three times in the last eleven months for repairs, after the fence was due to be finished. The fence is still not right, on windy days the fence detaches from the corners, I have post leaning and not standing up straight,y gate continues to remain out of line. My last phone call to **** the owner of the company, the first week of July, I requested he come finish my fence, **** stated “we will come out when it’s not too hot”. The fence company had jo problem taking my money, and when in the heat when they installed it improperly last August. The fence needs to be repaired properly and to completion for me to no longer have issues with this company. As far as I see it, this is a very unprofessional and highly unreliable fence company.Business response

I'm not sure why Mr. ******* felt the need to contact the BBB as I have stayed in touch with him (Calling Him) He agreed at the time it was dangerously hot, not to worry about coming out the fix the fence. I assured him his fence would be taken care of ASAP weather permitting; also I didn't have any installers at this time. I would fix the problem myself just to bear with me. My word and my honesty is My Bond.

I hired them to install fence and they were paid $1,054.12 on March 5, 2022. At the time the job foreman, ****, said his new guy did not install the post correctly, he did not use all of the concrete and put mud in the holes. Many were wobbly. He stated he would return March 8th or March 9th to check the posts and repair them as needed. He did not. I started calling the business on March 14th. They stated **** would call me back and arrange a time to fix the fence. I called every day. Finally, **** (owner) said he would call Wednesday night the 16th. No one called. I have checked the fence and the majority of the post are loose and not plumb.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: They did finally send out people to fix the fence. The people they sent said I would need to wait several weeks to see if the fence is fixed. I will go out in the next week and check to see if the posts are now plumb and secure.
