Hello, I had roof job done by Coveralls Total Home Improvement on 8/1/22- 8/2/22. Services included roof/gutters and ceiling repair in my bathroom. I gave *** ******** (owner of Coveralls) 3 payments as agreed that we’re made on: 8/5 $6275 8/8 $2322 8/17 $2476 I have not received a receipt showing paid in full and I have not received any type of warranty on the services rendered. Regardless of the bad experience I shared in my review with him and his wife, I am still due a receipt for the services rendered. I appreciate your assistance. Thank you, **Business response

As to a receipt, Ms. **** was provided any and all documentation to which she was promised and entitled. We attach hereto for your consideration, confirmation from ******** ********, the Nationwide adjuster assigned to the handling of Ms. ****’s claim, that the work was completed “exactly how it was listed on the estimate” and that he does not believe that Coverall’s Total Home Improvement Co. “would need to provide an exact break down on the materials and labor as their estimate matches the dollar amounts that we have estimated for, thus would be incurred in full by their estimate.” If Ms. **** believes she is entitled to any additional documentation, she is certainly free to, once again, direct that request to her insurance adjuster, ******** ******** at Nationwide.
Concerning Ms. ****’s request for a warranty, the written warranty is actually provided by GAF, the manufacturer of the roofing material. Customers can typically either register the warranty online at GAF.com or via mail at the following address:

In this case, Coverall’s Total Home Improvement Co. took the unusual step of registering and securing Ms. ****’s warranty directly from GAF to illustrate its continued willingness to address all her concerns. A copy of Ms. ****’s GAF warranty is attached. A hard copy of this warranty will also be mailed directly from GAF to Ms. ****. Taking this extra step to ensure customer satisfaction is simply yet another example of the effort Coverall’s Total Home Improvement Co. is willing to expend to maintain its A+ rating with the BBB.
Coverall’s Total Home Improvement Co. has been paid in full for the services it provided Ms. **** and, once again, the work was completed “exactly how it was listed on the estimate.” We are clearly disappointed in Ms. ****’s untiring efforts to repeatedly post negative reviews across several websites about her customer experience. That being said, Coverall’s Total Home Improvement Co. takes comfort in the fact that, although “you cannot please everyone”, our hundreds of 5-star reviews serve as confirmation that Ms. ****’s negative review is the exception, not the rule.

I am rejecting this response because:
The only thing that I received from Coveralls via my husband was a proposal and cancellation form. These documents were prior to any work being done, dated 7/29/22.
I never received any type of receipt from monies I over handed to Coveralls owner nor any documentation on warranties. This seems out of the norm on how an professional business treats their customer.
I would like a receipt of monies obtained from Coverall that includes signature from Coveralls/owner and any documentation on warranty details.
This will help get closer to a resolution.
