I cannot say enough good about this company. I called Jonathan and he came out the same day. I was waiting on my check from the insurance company for the claim. The whole process took less than 2 weeks! The crew arrived early in the morning and it was like watching a well oiled machine. By 2:00 my roof was finished and my yard cleaned up. Jonathan stopped by multiple times to check on things. His last visit he ran the giant magnet all over to pick up any stray nails. I am very pleased with their work and glad I used them. Plus they have a real physical address, not a P.O. Box. If you want a trustworthy and reliable company to put your roof on…look no further, and call them. Thank you Paragon Roofing! Jonathan did a great job.I had roofed my house 25 years ago and he explained in great detail how Paragon was going to re-roof my home. I was very satisfied with the whole process from climbing up to see what problems exist to running the magnets over the ground after the job to make sure no nails remain behind. 50 year shingles, OSB and hurricane clips, and a solution for proper venting and ventilation. Paragon did a great job. Jonathan worked directly with my insurance company to get everything square with code in Ohio and ensured all was covered correctly. The crew finished in 2 days and cleaned everything up. VERY satisfied with the entire process in getting a new roof!Review from Art L

I have the most beautiful roof in the area now! Paragon Roofing was fantastic to work with. They were professional and such a pleasure to have at our home. EJ walked us through exactly what to expect and helped us work with insurance. What I thought was going to be a challenging process was not only a breeze, but it was actually fun! He brought over samples, so that we could pick out a brand new roof from the comfort of our own home. The process of redoing the entire roof took just a few days. After they were finished, the cleanup was spotless. I am thrilled! I would and have recommended them to all my friends and family.Review from Douglas O.

I would like to thank Jonathan at Paragon Roofing for his tireless efforts in the resolution of my hail damaged roofing insurance claim. Jonathan’s knowledge and expertise demonstrated during the very frustrating 9 month insurance process was instrumental in changing the claim outcome from a partial roof replacement to a full house replacement. The work was performed in one day by an excellent team of technicians and the workmanship is fantastic. I would highly recommend Jonathan and Paragon roofing for any roofing work “hands down”.
