On 9/22/2022 I (*******) went to their (J&A Automotive) business to have my spark plugs replaced. J&A charged me $87.48 for the work done to my car. On 10/25/2022 I noticed my Coil was over tightened. When I messaged the owner all he can say to me that it wasn’t his fault & he wouldn’t even offer a solution to the problem their business caused.Business response

Well I’d like a phone call from this gentleman because I don’t know who he talked to? Because I’m the owner my name is ****** I’m the only owner. If he talked to someone else other then me I would like to know because his issue would have been resolved through me. I’ve even tried to respond to his review and have him call me personally but he never did so I’m genuinely confused now.Customer response
