I received a defective guitar and have written 4 emails to them over the last month asking for a resolution of which I am still waiting. They have terrible customer service.Initial Complaint

I received a CNZ Audio RePETE Looper Pedal as a gift from my mother for Christmas. After using 3 or 4 times, with light usage the device got "stuck" and wouldn't reset. I reached out to CNZ and they quickly responded and stated that the product was defective and that they would replace it if I provided the order information and address, which I did a day or so later. I was initially impressed by their quick response. However, weeks went by without response. I followed up again without response, and multiple times after that, each time with more urgency. After several months of outreach I tried reaching out through Facebook and other contact sources. I sent an email on 05/13/22 stating that if the did not respond within a week I would contact the BBB to try to get the issue resolved. I continue to get ignored. I feel I've been more than patient on getting the issue resolved and provided the information they needed several times without response. Ordered on 12/11/21. I was initially looking for a replacement but at this point I feel a full reimbursement is in order.
