I am receiving daily emails about job positions for onsite positions that have no relevance to my job experience, nor do I live in these states. The unsubscribe button does not work. There is no way to be removed from these emails outside of filtering these emails to be blocked.Business response

Dear BBB Representative,
Thank you for highlighting the concern. As required, we have given the instructions to our IT department to block the email communications for new jobs. As a practice, we share two options on emails to enable unsubscribe, just in case if one has any connectivity/error, then other can also be used to unsubscribe the email. We regret the inconvenience caused to ****** ********* and confirm that email communication is blocked in our system to resolve the concern.USG Customer Service Team

Company is spam emailing me even though I’ve asked to be removed from their contact list multiple times. They purposely have an unsubscribe button that doesn’t work and are sending me scam emails to try and get my information. I never signed up with them and never would. Please stop harassing me.Business response

Hi BBB Team,
Thank you for highlighting the complaint. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to Mr. ****** and have complete intention to resolve the issue. As requested by Mr. ******, our IT team has marked in system that no email to be sent to Mr. ****** going forward. Our recruiters approach to job seekers with open job requirements from our Client's and also provide an unsubscribe link at the bottom of email, so that applicant who have got the job or no more interested in receiving our emails, have option to click and unsubscribe from new job emails, instructions from this link directly reaches to our IT team and within 24 hours the respective email gets unsubscribed in an automated way. In this case, our IT Team had not received unsubscribe instructions. IT team has now unsubscribed Mr. Brachat's email in system and the issue stands resolved.
