I have tried contacting corporate OUAC in ****** ** as well as the **********************************, as I need to get a copy of my W-2's from 2020 and 2021. I am not getting a response from either of these locations. I am being audited by my locality and need a copy of these ASAP.My employee # is 0LE168266Business response

Hello,
************* elected to receive her W-2s electronically, additionally, paper copies were also mailed to her.
I contacted the store in Sylvania and the Store Manager said she said ************* has not called the store and no-one at the store spoke to her.
At the corporate office, phone records and emails were audited and there is no record of her contacting our office.
With that said, I just emailed her copies of her W2s.
I have also provided you with a screen shot showing when they were electronically sent.

I bought a Michael Kors bag. I asked before buying to ******** it doesn't work for me Can I return it?. "You have 7 days to return for a refund" I didn't use it, it did not work for me. I kept trying to return for a refund ,they were always closed. When I returned it. They said "No refund". They said no refund on the bag only on clothes. Refund due $48.00 to meCustomer response

I shop to there store on july 09,2022 A Michael Kors Travel Bag, I asked ***** if i can buy tis item because i was looking a travel bag for my carry on bag,Anyway to long story short,I ask ***** to buy this item just to try if this i what i need, if it doesnt accomodate what i need. I asked her if i can return it back, she answer i have 7 days period to return, so when i get home its not going to work for me, i suddenly went back to the store to return but they close early. And i went back the next day they were close because its sunday and also close Monday. So, i try to go there Tuesday and they told me, Its there policy no return, So, now this is not a fod that it get bad right away this is a designer bag, that i need to return it to them. But they refuse to return it. So, i file this complaint to return this item and i want my money back.. i didnt use this bag yet, i just try if my stuff accomodate it. But it wasnt.. I need help from you to resolve this problem of mine.Business response

I contacted ****** and informed her she is more than welcome to bring it back and we will refund her purchase.
Our return policy does state we only do returns on clothing. There must have been a miscommunication about what was returnable.
I have called the store to make sure they make an exception and process the return.
I also let ****** know the days and times we are open.
