      Hello, I would NEVER purchase a home using *** ******* I had a lot of land never transferred into my land that was included in the sale. I didn't realize this until 3 years after closing. Therefore the land had still been registered to the original owners and had accrued back taxes, late fees, and delinquencies. I reached out to ******* ***** ******* and they did a corrective deed to put it in my name. However it left a question of who was to pay for all accrued back taxes, late fees, and delinquencies since I purchased it. I spent 5 months reaching out to the title company and *** ******* via phone calls, texts, and emails, to get an answer. FINALLY after I reached out to the seller's realtor and he provided me the proof that the land was in the seller's contract(written by *** *******team). I then received a phone call from *** *******where he did NOT acknowledge any fault and proceeded to request that I share in the cost of the mistake. I denied the request because the land was NOT mine until I contacted ******* ***** and they did the corrective deed. It was not until weeks later the title company confirmed it was in fact an error on *** *******team for not providing them with the addendum to include the land. The title company *** felt it was just a paperwork error. They did not consider that a paperwork error for them was a BIG deal to me and effected me because that is property I had closed/purchased on and it was never registered to me. Results: *** *******paid 1.5 years of taxes/delinquencies/fees. ******* ***** paid 1 year of taxes/fees. I missed several days of work and time over 5 months to get answer to this and get it resolved and had to paid 1 year of taxes. Lacks accountability and professionalism. I can prove all this via texts/emails. I communicated to *** and Title company that mistakes happen, I get it. I just expect when I hire professionals and they make a mistake they make it right not request for me to share in the cost of their mistake.

      Do not purchase or sell a home through Keller Mortgage. When you are dealing with something as personal as buying or selling a home you want to deal with loan specialists that are knowledgeable and personable. My experience was the exact opposite. Keller Mortgage transferred my loan to another Mortgage company, but said it was alright if I made my first payment to them and they would forward my payment over to the new provider. I made my payment over a month ago and the new loan provider still hasn’t received my payment. I contacted Keller, and the loan specialist I worked with sent an email to “first payments” and they told me they are unable to pay my new loan provider (37 days after I paid them). So now, because my loan specialist was either inexperienced or not very knowledgeable, my new loan provider is showing my payment is 37 days late. Not a sight you want to see if you’re a first time homeowner. To make a long story short DO NOT, do business with them. We have to start holding bad businesses accountable.

      Re: *************************** Senior *********************************** kstanford @ kellermortgage.com If you're looking for an unattentive, unhelpful, and arrogant mortgage broker, *************************** is your guy. He will ignore you throughout the process and make it as stressful and painstaking as possible. The process will start with him ignoring you until you finish the online application. If you have any issues with the online application process, what documents you need, or document types/formats, good luck because if you email him for assistance, you'll be referred back to the application portal that you have questions about. Once you finally finish the painstaking application process, then he will talk so much you can barely get in a word about your wants and needs as a home buyer. You would be better off going to quite literally any other mortgage broker. On our last phone call, he had such a horrible attitude and unprofessional behavior. He hung up on me, stating that he will re-assign my case without even giving me a chance to speak for myself!!! What a "gentleman"!
