      I'm having the same problem. The product is good, but I need to cancel. I have been trying all morning to find a way to cancel my subscription. Please cancel Cheryl Hill-Roberson's account! There has to be a way to cancel a subscription. I may want it again in the future, but not if it's going to be this hard to cancel.

      Product is great. My horse can be picky with treats and she has loved every treat from them. BUT, I have tried to cancel my subscription for months. I have tried calling, emailing multiple emails, and they keep charging me and keep sending me boxes. I can’t afford to continue this service.

      Same problem as everyone else. No way to cancel subscription my girlfriend has been trying for months. If anyone from saddlebox sees this, get it together, and please cancel Natalie Mehler’s subscription

      I did not sign up for a subscription and I was billed not even 4 days after I took advantage of a 50% off discount for a second box. I never received an email confirmation for either order and have no order number and I would like my refund immediately. There is no customer service to reach out to.

The first box was discounted 50% off and shipped 5/31/24. Here is your USPS tracking number: **********************  USPS confirms delivery 6/4/24. Billing takes place on the 3rd of each month going forward. Billing for the June box took place 6/3/24. We have canceled your subscription and processed your refund for your June box.       I emailed and not a valid email. Tried to call and could not reach anyone. I would had came back later and started my subscription but not now. Horrible customer service.

      I did not sign up for a subscription. I have reached out to you 3 times. I got another delivery today o did not order. I don’t want to pay for these nor want them. Please take me off the subscription and return my money and send a return label to send back.

      Hello T****! Thank you for reaching out. Please note you signed up for a monthly recurring subscription on 12/07/23 and not a 1 month gift subscription. The first box was discounted 50% off and shipped 12/7/23. Billing takes place on the 3rd of each month going forward at our regular rate of $39.95. Unfortunately SaddleBox does not accept returns. Subscriber wishing to cancel and receive a refund must do so before the 3rd of the month to ensure they are not placed on our monthly shipment. Please keep the box as you have already paid for it. We have canceled your subscription as of 1/22/23. You will no longer be billed or receive a box. We have also responded to your emails directly informing you of your cancellation on 1/22/24.       I've been trying to cancel my subscription since I first ordered in August and the same thing says to me no email can be found! This is really starting to piss me off! Worst idea ever since it doesn't have a email or number to contact!

      Very unhappy with this company! Been trying to cancel this subscription since November 26, 2022. No response. I don't want another box taken out of my account on December 3, 2022. They have to way of contacting them by phone. They don't respond to emails. I have sent two emails now and my daughter who received the box has sent one too. You don't even get an account number. I need proof this has been cancelled.
