Had receipt for product and would not give me product or refund my money very unprofessional costomer service and rudBusiness response

This is a extremely vague complaint, what's the item in question,and i would need more context to understand the situation more clearly. we always give receipts and never withhold product that sounds absurd,no idea what this is regarding, I've never been contacted by phone,text ,email or any of my social media sites, if someone has a complaint they can contact me directly by texting store number ,and that's been known for over a year. Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I had a receipt the young employee would not help me find my product it was a battery he ordered on line and told me to come back in a week. the owner I met and was very nice. I don't see the reason to have to jump threw hoops or to contact the owner when I'm at the store itself. The credit card company refunded my money and I'm not the only one who has had problems I also have a witness that was at the store with me at the time I made my purchase. That will also clarify I was treated like total dirt by a young employee with glasses. I was completely backed against the wall when asking about my purchase with proof of receipt! I am sorry to have this experience I did not have this experience with the owner.
