I purchased a online subscription they state it’s non refundable i understand I’ve never been able to access content purchased and when i try to reach out to the business for help i get no response i cancelled the membership and I’m STILL being charged I’ve reached out multiple times sent multiple emails and have gotten no responseInitial Complaint

On 7/8/2023 I ordered a trampoline from Better Body Warehouse because I had previously paid for an online workout subscription from them and I really liked the trampolines they were selling. I finally decided to purchase their trampoline because they had a current deal that included one month free workout subscription via an online code. After a few weeks of not receiving any shipping updates on the order, I emailed them on 7/23/2023 asking for status, and received no response. Finally on 7/31/2023 I received an email stating that the order was on the way. It was finally delivered on 8/7/2023, at which time I then tried to use the one month free subscription code - there was no reason to use the code prior to receiving the trampoline, as the subscription class was specifically for online trampoline workouts. However, when I went to use the code it showed as "Expired" and I could not use it for the promised free month. I emailed them regarding this and received NO RESPONSE. I also tried direct messaging them on 8/22/2023 on their Instagram, and again received NO RESPONSE. I finally gave up on receiving the free month subscription that was supposed to come with the trampoline and just signed up for and paid for the subscription on 9/7/2023, and had continued to pay the $35/month subscription membership since that date. On 1/11/2024 I happened to check my online bank statement (for something else) and noticed multiple payments to Better Body Warehouse, but there were 2 charges of $35/month instead of just one. I logged onto their website and immediately cancelled BOTH subscription memberships and then promptly emailed them asking why they were double charging me every month. On that same day (1/11/2024), Terrance H from Better Body emailed me that they aren't responsible and to contact their website provider. I replied their website support is only for website tech support, and have received no further response from them on refunding the overcharges to me.Initial Complaint

Business has offers online and offers sent in email that he wont honor. He states that they're "old" however they don't have expirations attached to them and it seems to be a huge issue across the board with other clients (I've seen several complaints on social media). He vaguely states that " that code is old and don't know why its still there" "show me where you see that. Also I can refund you if that was the selling point. Not a problem at all" "yea old email. sorry. would you like your order canceled" I find it to be extremely unprofessional to offer free classes with purchase and then when the customer makes the purchase the business owner doesn't hold up his end.Initial Complaint

On 12/19/2022, I purchased a trampoline from The BetterBody Warehouse, *************************************** I have attached copies of communication to the business for when I will receive my product. I received a text message stating that there was an issue with my shipping label, I confirmed my home address. I have not received a follow up nor a new tracking number. I reached out to the business on via txt and direct message on IG.
